place doesn't enforce gloves on employees easily viewable through drive thru window and when they get orders wrong they refuse to replace the wrongful items with the correct ones if you didn't call "them immediately after" even if you have prove

Check your bags before you leave. Complete incompetence from this location. I went with a mobile order on my way home from the airport at midnight. Not another soul around. Likely hadn’t had another customer for quite some time. Ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 1 fries, and 6 nuggets. Spent over 10 minutes in the drivethru waiting. Drove 20 minutes home to find that the nuggets and 1 burger were not in the bag. How do you even mess up a mobile order when you have no other customers and theres only two workers? Miscommunication is literally not even possible in this instance. Called the store hoping I wouldn’t have to drive 20 mins back for a $10 refund seeing it was mobile order. Was not the case and the employee had a very hard time even understanding english. Took my phone number and was told I would be called the next day by a manager. Still waiting on a phone call that will probably never come. Complete incompetence.

This location consistently refuses service between the hours of 2am-5am. Always different excuses as to why. Yesterday I was told they were closed until 5am, despite the many 24 hour signs in the area.

0 stars. But since I have to give something a 1 star, food was cold and soggy. Missing items in my order. As someone who used to work in the fast food industry there is expiration time on any fries in the warmer and my fries were extremely over expiration they should not be this cold and soggy and missing items is also a big deal especially with the price of everything. And as a McDonalds it should have high standards and high quality. Unfortunately for this resteraunt it has poor quality and poor standards. Never again will I go to this McDonalds. The Manager and staff should be very ashamed of this quality of food even the burger was dry to the point where I had to throw it out.

Typical McDonald's. Get what you pay for. Was out of the bagel I wanted. The one I got was slapped together, and a big mess to try and eat. But it was fast. And it was Mcdonald's. Wouldn't recommend this place at an actual meal time.

Currently closed as of 9:50pm on 26 Dec 2022.Please try and change your timings online if you decide to close early. I totally get that its the Holiday season but we were here with an infant and while just sitting and trying to figure out what to do we saw a minimum of 10 cars come and check. Please please make sure you update any changes to location timings because it is just too much trouble.

this location had an employee working with Hepatitis A! The workers in the kitchen don't even wear gloves, I can't imagine they wash their hands much either. Everytime I go to this McDonald's the food is cold and soggy, the employees are rude, the service is extremely slow. Don't expect a quick lunch out of this location. I would Stay as FAR AWAY from this location as possible. The fact that they have spread hepatitis A, this location should be shut down and inspected. I will never be returning to this location again. Take your business across the street to the a&w, they run a clean, quick great fast food environment. And they won't infect you with diseases.
