It was first time for me to go to that store, I am really happy with their help and customer services.The gentleman who helped me (Bardia) was so professional and patience, He spent sufficient time to help me and solving the issues with good manner and attitude. I really appreciate his help and would recommend him and that store to others

There’s a weird camera and locked door policy here. Not sure if they’ve been victims of crime, but it’s odd to be treated like this as a rogers customer. I buzzed. Was told the wait was about 30 minutes and was asked if I wanted to go somewhere else to wait. What? Just so bizarre

Do not deal with this store if you want professional customer service or peace of mind.The employees at this location did nothing to ensure that a $75 one-time credit was applied to my bill after I signed up for an internet package with the promise of that one-time credit.After five months of bills had been received/paid and contacting the store to be promised that I would be called back by the manager, Sabby (sp?), one of his employees finally referred me to another Rogers location where someone else helped me secure my one-time credit.

I bought my new phone from this store through Danyal. His attitude as well as his level of care and professionalism was excellent. He left me walking out of this store happy and fully satisfied. Danyal deserves big recognition for his work.Thank You Danyal for making me feel happy and satisfied.

Very bad experience. The personnel not mature. They refused to change screen protector on my iPhone. I have lifetime warranty from this store and screen protector was changed by them before.This Rogers location is definitely not recommended.

I have a feeling no one wants to work in this branch, very poor customer service and the door is locked from inside so you have to wait until they come and let you in.

Still has a “capacity limit” for Covid reasons in Oct 2022 although none of their staff wear masks. Customers turned away at the door because the store has 5 customers already.Extremely inefficient staff. Cannot even return equipment without waiting hours.
