I highly recommend Nikita Shah at South Nanaimo Wellness Centre. I saw her for help in strengthening my back and neck, and she was great. She was kind and pleasant to deal with, and she showed me several exercises that I can easily do each day. I enjoyed my visit with her and feel better about my ability to prevent back and neck muscle injuries.

The physiotherapist I saw today was great. He was on time, professional, took the time to explain the medical verbiage and also explained what was going on in the area he was assessing. I would definitely recommend South Nanaimo Wellness centre.

Fantastic treatment! I was a bit skeptical about my plantar fasciatis ever getting better but John stuck to it and it's been completely gone for months now. He's great at what he does and very honest and a really, really nice guy. In fact, all the staff are very nice. I miss them, actually. :)

I was from out of province and had a physical emergency, made appointment by phone and was able to see John Kalina within four days. He showed me some exercise to help alleviate the pain! Was very pleased with the appointment.

I love my experiences at South Nanaimo Wellness Centre! Excellent front desk help from both women I've met there. Nikita, my physio therapist, is amazing! A miracle worker, I call her. She's so kind, respectful, thorough and comforting. She introduced me to a new therapy that I had never heard of (dry needling) that is working wonders for my back pain. Highly recommend this office!

I had never seen a physio therapist before and was always a little skeptical as to how much help they could be. I was certainly wrong! John diagnosed my hip pain quickly. Explained to me thoroughly the steps we would need to do to correct it. I had ultrasound done in the office along with an exercise to do at home. He went through the exercise with me to be sure I knew how to perform it correctly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I noticed improvement immediately. For the first time in months, I feel optimistic about fixing this problem and getting out of pain!

Very pleasant experience again today. I saw John 6 months ago for a different injury and specifically asked for him again on my most recent appointment. John is extremely knowledgeable and to the point. Andrew is also super professional and friendly at each visit. I have no hesitations in recommending and returning for physiotherapy treatments.
