Because I work close by I have no choice but to come to this starbucks. I have never been out of this drive thru in less than 15 minutes even when there’s only three cars in line, literally not once. I’ve tried running in, but I have had to leave a drink behind, not once, not twice, but on multiply occasions because they take way too long to make everything, seems like they’re short staffed for the most part. Frequently I contemplate even going in the drive thru because i’m afraid of being late which has also been the case.. Regardless, all the baristas have always been super nice, it would just be so much better if they could make a drink under 6minutes..

They were out of both their brewed Pike Place and dark roast coffees. We had to wait for them to make fresh batches. This wasn't a super busy time. Surely, having their core brewed coffee ready is central to their operation.

This place is awesome for a mini getaway. We brought our 11 yo daughter and her friend. We all had a blast in the pool area. There are also a lot of cool places to visit nearby, like The Factory, Rolli Polli (rolled ice cream), and White Oaks mall.One note is that if you book an atrium room and are planning to be able to walk out into the pool area, you will have to specify that. Otherwise, you will be able to see it from a balcony but will still have to go through the halls to get to the pool.

I used to come to this location every morning before work, but now I drive out of my way to the commissioner's location. It became a constant issue that every refresher I ordered was beyond watered down. I thought maybe ordering with a little extra base would help, but it didn’t; they still were made the same way! I would talk to a supervisor and show them photos, and they’d apologize and say the drinks weren’t made right, but then the next day the drinks were still made extremely watery. I couldn’t rationalize spending the money Starbucks charges to pay for water. Thankfully I haven’t had any issues with the Commissioner's location; I wish there were consistency among stores.

This is my favourite Starbucks location in the city. You genuinely know when you come here that you are important to them. A lot of the other ones in the city are a little bit cheeky and phoney baloney….but these guys actually are really fabulous!
