I went to lowes and my key they copied didn't work so I went back , they made another and once home I tried it and again it didn't work. Went to the minute key machine in Walmart and had 3 copies of my key made and they all worked perfectly

Some features that were promised on the website were not available at the kiosk like option to select a key or storing the scanned key. Other than that, it was smooth and easy. Key was accurate.

This was the first time using this service at my local Walmart. The process was relatively simple however I noticed to issues. First, the form of payments are limited. The systems takes Discover cards but not AMEX which seemed odd to me in Canada. My other issue is that I had to purchase 2 vanity keys as opposed to just a standard metal key. I'm not sure if this was due to inventory running out or not either way i purchased anyway as I needed the keys.

The machine was very easy to use! I was getting two keys cut and to my surprise, I got a third key cut for free!!! Went home and all three keys work perfectly in my door!!!Absolutely recommend!!!Thank you

I needed to have some duplicates made of a key for a brand new storm door purchased at Home Depot. Home Depot, Lowes, Rona, and Home Hardware were unable to create a duplicate and all said to go to a lock smith. Of course all of the lock smiths in my area are only open while I'm at work. I then happened across Minute Key and to my immense surprise, I was able to very quickly get 3 keys cut for the price of 2 and all worked perfectly!

I liked everything except the choices offered. There were lots of choices stocked in machine but we could only choose from a few basic ones. Would have liked to be able to have a better selection offered
