Initially had an AWFUL experience here when I got my first vehicle from another sales consultant 4 years ago, but Ben Zimmerman totally changed that! 5 stars for Ben!He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient & was never pushy. The help he extended felt genuine & even kept me updated the entire time of the deal which is much appreciated.I highly recommend going to him if you are in the market for a new/used Subaru!

So I've been driving a 2008 Chevy and I was really wanting a new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek so I came to Subaru Calgary.. Ben greeted me right away and was so friendly and professional. He showed me all of the different options and asked what I was looking for.. I really wanted the Onyx trim in Sapphire Blue Pearl. Ben was so amazing and he immediately went over and checked the list and confirmed that there was one coming and would be here in 8-10 weeks. AMAZING!!! Then we went for a test drive and it was the most incredible drive. He didn't rush me and he let my partner sit in the front with me and we chatted and he talked about all the features etc.. we even talked about are fur babies which was amazing!! I've never felt so comfortable and excited! He didn't make me feel pressured at all, all he cared about was my comfort and what I wanted. Ben is honestly the best sales associate I have ever dealt with in my life and I'm so lucky that I got to deal with him! Talk about an easy and smooth experience. Then he took me to the finance guy, Nick who was at great as well. He was Friendly and answered all of my 100 questions! Ben I just want to thank you so much for everything that you have done to get me into my dream car!!! And Nick, thank you for making the transition and purchase just as amazing! SUBARU CALGARY IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT A NEW CAR!!!!!!

Very bad experience, will never be coming here again and will probably never drive a Subaru again after the service I got from these people. They only care about 2 things, the first one is your money, and the second is their performance review. Brought my car in for a few new parts, water heater, timing belt, and a few other things. Got my car back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Yes they fixed one problem, but they gave me a couple more. Brought it back in again and they basically told me to pound sand, they’re not gonna do anything if I don’t pay another $6000. I love Subaru’s but after the experience I’ve had with this car and the Subaru people themselves, I won’t be coming here again.
