Richard did an inspection on my boyfriend and I’s first home and we had no idea what to expect as we are first time home buyers so have never experienced an inspection before. Well Richard really took the time to explain every little detail and really made sure we understood what he was talking about and physically showed us the issues at hand. He was so meticulous from start to end and no stone went unturned. I left the inspection feeling extremely confident about our new house and had an entire new understanding about things I didn’t even know existed in homes until now. Absolutely fabulous inspection! Covered every part of the house in fine detail and gave ideas on how to deal with the minor issues found. Our inspector was very friendly and his experience in construction was readily apparent. Very impressed with our inspector, the organizational materials provided and the inspection report. Will 100% use again if the need arises!

I almost never review online but these guys deserve it. Bryan was awesome to deal with and took my call on the weekend. Chris was my inspector and he was great, very helpful and thorough. Their software is awesome too, it gives you a 3d tour, floor plans, and a to do list of any deficiencies they found. Couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I are buying our first home and were recommended Pillar To Post by my dad who used their services last year. Richard was our inspector and he was just amazing! He was extremely informative, diligent, and helpful. I feel confident moving into our first home knowing how to operate things I would of otherwise had to guess (a/c, water pipes, etc.), and that there will be no surprises! For the price of the middle of road option, a few of the major appliances were not listed in the home inspection, and that was a large part of buy-in for this option.The tech was very knowledgeable however,The 360 camera is okay resolution at best,Technician does not go on the roof,Technician does not go into the atticTechnician cannot move ceiling tiles to inspect things in ceiling.This is in the fine print, but I like to bring it out for layman’s terms

Awesome staff and system. Very knowledgeable and detailed. I will definitely recommend this company for my friends and colleagues in the future. Only suggestion I could give would be for a veterans / first responder discount to attract additional clients.

Richard was fantastic and very thorough during my home inspection. He was very detailed oriented and made sure to point out things I wouldn’t expect to find on a brand new build! I was thoroughly impressed with the 360 degree footage that was taken to walk through the entire home. I would recommend him to anyone looking!!!
