I have used Raina's dog walking service many times and have never had any problems. She is reliable, trustworthy and my dog loves her! Highly recommend (but I hope she doesn't get too busy! :))

Been meaning to give a review for months as our experience with Biota pet care was amazing.We had 3 very well cared for guinea pigs & enjoyed receiving the daily updates & photos of them sent to us while we were away. Nacho,Popcorn & Butter never had such clean cages!!

My family and I needed last minute dog care. The kennel we normally use was totally booked due to the christmas holidays. A friend suggested Biota pet care and we decided to try it. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the professional and quality care Raina provided for our little girl(dog). I am so impressed I don't want to recommend her because she may not be available the next time we need her. She really is a wonderful person. Our whole family enjoyed the continuous updates and pics she provided. A definite 11 out of 10.

Riana took care of our two dogs 3 to 4 days a week until we moved. She was reliable, responsible, kept us informed during her visits and most of all, we felt really comfortable that our dogs were well cared for and loved by someone who really cared. We highly recommend her. She is just a lovely person who genuinely enjoys her job.

A friend referred me to Raina to care for our pets while our family was away. I think my dogs and cats were actually disappointed when we came back home as the level of care was exceptional. It is peace of mind that our pets are not displaced when we are away and Raina definitely goes above and beyond. Between the long walks, picture updates and level of respect she has for our home, I am happy my friend shared Raina with us. We have already booked her for an upcoming trip and would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Raina is the best. Our pup normally hates when we go away, and when we return he goes crazy just to see us. First time we returned after Raina stayed with him, he couldn’t care less that we were back. Didn’t miss us at all.Raina absolutely loves animals and has been great.Completely recommend!

We are thrilled to have found Raina to look after our dog when we are away! She is very professional, responsive and reliable. We get to see immediate feedback and photos from their walks and play time, as well as a list of services performed such as clean bowls, refreshed water etc. Most of all our dog loves her. I felt completely comfortable leaving our beloved family member in her hands for sleep overs and knew that he was in good hands which made our trip more enjoyable.
