They have the worst staff ever. They behave as if they are paying us from their own pockets just to collect pur own passports. India lady at the counter is worst female ever other is philipino lady .

Most people gave a bad rating because this Canada post is tough to find out.Here I'm going to explain how you can easily find Canada post.First, it is close to the Bay and the King St intersection. From that interaction, you can see the entrance door.Second, after entering the door go to the first down stair. You can see the CIBC bank, so go straight and you can see the #rexall. Go straight and you'll see a stair. And on your right hand, you'll see Canada post.I attached photos here. Follow this path. I hope it will be easier to find out the Canada post.

The location is really hard to find u can enter from wellington street their is a sign of jump board u can easily find it that way just go down stairs and then take left after 5-6 steps u reach canada post the service is really good and fast giving it 1 star bcz of location problem nobody in the building that works in commerce centre help . Canada post is located at basement level

If you go here, you will find that the attitude of the staff is very bad. After you go, the staff are playing with their phones and don't care about anything. There is an Asian woman who has the worst attitude and will keep yelling at you loudly. When you provide a valid tracking number and ID, you will be kicked out. She will let customers go out and ask others to find Canada Post in other stores. First time in 20+ years to see such a bad service, if you read other people's reviews you will see that this asian woman gets the most bad reviews.Hope the owner of Canada Post or someone else in management will take notice of the customer reviews" why only this asian woman keeps getting bad reviews and why people just say she's yelling at customers. Does talking nicely make her suffocate or uncomfortable?"

Was able to find the place easily because of Prasanna Venkatesh's review here. Enter from the 18 Wellington St W entrance (you will see the sign outside for Jump Restaurant), go through the revolving doors and down the stairs, take an immediate 'u-turn' towards the right and you'll see it, it's just a few steps away from the base of these stairs. This is absolutely the easiest way to find the place.Went at 5:30pm on a Wednesday and there was no line, lady at the counter was friendly and efficient even though it was near closing time.

The address is wrong on Google. I work for a courier company and I get asked 20 + times a day where this is located. It's technically in 18 wellington on the concourse level.

July 2022 5*Visited this place to collect my passport. Staff is good and courteous so not sure why people complaint about it.The place is located inside Toronto Commerce Court and Canada Post is located in the lower floor at the end of the corner. Be ready for long walk.There is no signage so you will need to figure out the place.

A bit tough to find. It is in the stairway going south from Commerce Court under Wellington towards Brookfield Place. The location pin on this map is not actuate at all.

The Canada post located at this address is a bit difficult to find. Enter from Wellington Street at the below shown entrance. Once you go down stairs. Take immediate right and walk 10 feet. If coming from Union Station take the Brookfield plaza PATH gate. Follow direction to TTC King St Subway. The post office is by the staircase from Brookfield side to Commerce Court corridor. If accessing through the street, enter from King St Commerce Court and follow the direction - photo attached.
