Spirit Psychological

We came for our very first appointment with Anita this evening and right from the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. We chatted with the receptionist (Chantel I think… I’m sorry I’m horrible with names) and she was so pleasant and chatty. We then had a great very comfortable meeting with Anita and her pup Maggie. Our son usually takes a bit to warm up but he seemed very safe and willing to chat. Cant wait for our next appointment. Thank you ladies

A warm and welcoming place. You feel like you're at home. It's a very calming environment which was perperfect for our son who has anxiety. Anita treated us like family and we never got anything less but the best. Beautiful experience.

Very welcoming environment and incredible staff. Very happy with the services I've received and will continue to turn to this amazing team, Anita in particular, for support and resources. I have already recommended Anita to others, and will continue to do so as she is an amazing therapist!

Very rude and disrespectful. My daughter canceled 2 appointments a day prior to the appointment because of covid related issues including possible close contact and also sudden illness and symptoms during lockdown and the sudden covid 19 surge in HRM. She went ahead and tried to charge my insurance company for the canceled appointments and when they refused to pay her, she sent a very nasty and disrespectful email to us blaming us for the canceled appointments and for not getting paid. I guess priority #1 is money then blaming others for her failure to be a good, caring and ethical health care worker. For her it's your money she is interested in and not your health. Definitely NOT recommended.

If I could give them more stars I would! I've had a wonderful experience with Spirit Psychology from the start! They were very helpful and conducted a needs analysis prior to pairing me up with my therapist, who is spectacular by the way!

Very comforting space for the first time going to a psychologist. My experience has been very welcoming from the start and I always appreciate that as it can be scary. When Anita talks to you, you can tell how much she cares and enjoys helping. :)

Both my son and now myself have worked with a psychologist at Spirit and there are no amount of words I could use to recommend this place. Every single one of them are so warm and inviting, from the moment you walk in the door you feel safe and comfort.
