I placed an online order through the Livestock website and when I shopped it was seamless until after 7 business I had not received any communication on the status of my order. Out of concern I emailed Livestock and was told that there was an inventory issue and was refunded. As a customer, I wish this was communicated sooner and had I not emailed I’m not sure if they would have kept my money (still waiting on my refund at this time). Customer service could have been better understanding and apologetic. Tl;dr The Livestock slogan “Stock is high” is a lie and lacks transparency. Not shopping here again.

Great store with zero customer service. You can’t make a refund in store and don’t receive any mails about your order when you wait for too long (almost a month) . If you try to ask something in live chat you won’t get any help. Sad thing guys

Bought a pair of shoes online over a month ago. Got them delivered and was not happy with the fit. That is it, like the shoes but they don't fit my feet correctly. Livestock does not ship with a prepaid return slip, so I went online to read the return policies. You can return in person, but need to make contact first and advise them you wish to make a return before they'll accept it. Mail in returns are accepted, and there is even a page that allows you to enter your order number and email to get what I suspect is a return slip. Says my order number and email is not found, despite it being on my receipt. I try this multiple times over multiple days...never works. Seems weird.So I email them. Nothing. I email again. Again nothing. I email for a third time and still nothing. So now a month has passed since I have tried to initiate a return and...nothing. Not even a we're sorry but we're behind so please be patient" email.I've been dealing with Livestock since the owner's Board Kennel days in Whiterock and have been a avid fan. Occasionally I'll get the "too-cool" treatment from one of their hype-beast employees

I received my dunk low order last week and sent a email to customer service about the mis-coloring of the shoes. There has been no responses since. Poor product quality and customer service.

Terrible and non-existent customer service. An online order of mine had stains and manufacturing defects. The staff at the Vancouver Chinatown location said to contact customer care to get a 25% discount as another pair in my size was not available and they could only offer a store credit and no refunds. Left 4 emails with customer service, with all the pictures of the defects and stains, and even had the store associates leave notes on my order attesting to the fact that the item was had defects. Have received no response from customer service whatsoever in over 15 days. Ive been a loyal customer for over 3 years.

Send me damages shoes, takes week to respond. Says they have put in a request and confirmed there is another pair set aside for me. Go through shipping process, it is returned to their warehouse. An Employee at the store my shoes were reserved at sold them to another another customer. 1 month later and they offer me a 15% discount. Never again, just use stockx or something.

A year or so ago I was being chased down the street and I came into this shop. The guys working here made sure I was okay and called for help. Not sure if they still work here, but if they do — I’m still so grateful for the kindness and I won’t ever forget it. Really solid people.

Horrible online shopping experience. Ordered with 2 day shipping, it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received a shipping confirmation email. Customer service is non-existent, email gets an automated response that says “we will get back to you in 8-15 days”Live chat has you sitting in queue for hours only for the chat to go offline.Been on hold for hours trying to call them only to get greeted by a message “announcement, no one is available to take your call, goodbye”

Been shopping here and their previous location for 15 years. Picked up new clothing on boxing day and they have yet to ship out, answer support tickets, phone calls or social media.At first I was going to be more patient but I think waiting 2 weeks is a little off when other businesses have no issues making it work. I've been getting dms from multiple people on social media who seem to have the same issues too.Will gladly remove the review if they ask me too, would just love an email that isn't an autoresponse.Edit: they just decided to cancel my order and give me a 15 percent discount on my order. Seems like someone sold my item in store and then decided to never tell me.1 star review stays up.
