Worst staff and doctor.

I have been a patient here for six months. I have always had the best experience with the nice receptionists. The doctor is very efficient. She will listen, ask precise questions and get things done. I love these kinds of doctors because they are here to work not to baby us. I recommend this clinic. Also, it's always clean and there is street meter parking right on the street.

Extremely rude, gives attitude, lacks medical knowledge. The worst doctor I have ever been to.

Bad attitude and bad service. Always greedy and instigating walk in clients to switch their family doctor and appoint her as one. Inconsiderate, terrible in human way of dealing with patients. Shame on you!

I was very disappointed with the service of Receptionist who is polite in talking but behavior is so bad that give me LAST appointment always unless I become Dr. Rubina's patient. On November 12, 2018, I called in Walk-In Clinic time to make sure that my child gets appointment on time. Walk-In time is 8:30 to 10:30 am so she told me come at 10:25 am. I called again to cancel the appointment and she said that's ok. I was so mad and called back to ask how can I complain about her. Then she said that it's Walk-In so you can come anytime. I was so upset that if you can take me right now, why did you tell me for 10:25. I am talking to doctor and see what her response is.

I like the service. She probes and tries to understand. I felt like she cared. The prescriptions helped and I am thankful. I definitely reccomend her.

Dr Rubina and her staff were amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Super polite lady, would definitely recommend her!

The clinic as a whole operates with a lack of privacy. Health corners are announced out loud for everyone to hear when you walk in. The PA writes jotes on a white sheet of paper with no folder so you can basically see what patient a and b came in for earlier in the day. I brought it up with the PA onceando her response was no one sees this we shred it". So I took it upon myself to just read other patients concerns out loud to her to show her I can see her paper which should be at least I'm a basic 10¢ folder or something. She said this is how we operate so I brought it up with the Doc and was happy at subsequent appointments to see a folder in use. Hence 2 stars for "improvement". They often double book patients ie two at one time slot. Double booking should be so that if you have multiple concerns

An amazing walk-in clinic with professional employees and knowledgeable doctors.

This has to be one of the worst places ever. Very unclean with tissue lying on the floor helplessly. I call the clinic, explain my reason for calling and was asked to come. I get there, get passed over by another client and the dr. comes in to notify the receptionist. That one informs the dr cannot help because she’s not my family physician.Well I had mentioned I didn’t have one initially.Receptionist has no clue except to repeat herself some more and there was no apologies offered for time wasted. I clearly dodged a bullet.
