Sung Jo is a professional. cooperative and careful technician. We are very satisfied with his service. It remains to be seen how effective the ant repellent will be. I found that the ants don't care about the Green Way ants Bait Gel. They just pass by and don't stop for it. I hope it will work in a few days.

A complete scam. Last May we were approached by a very persistent door-to-door salesman, who told us that services for the entire year would just be a one time fee of $187.95. We agreed upon this, and they began treatment, which was partially effective for getting rid of some of the pests we were dealing with. Our main issue was moths, which was never solved, til this day, though we had asked for a few follow-ups. I then got charged $187.95 in August and in December, as a service fee? Not sure for what service, as we were told it was a one time payment. And now this June, I got charged a “cancellation fee” of $105, although our “contract” would have ended in May 2023. Completely unprofessional to be charging these invoices that were never agreed upon and cancellation fees though our period already ended. In the process of emailing Insight to get refunds for all these ridiculous charges. Would not recommend unless you want to be robbed of all your money!

Just decided to hire their service after a visit from Bethany, who was like the sweetest and most patient sales we have ever met. After we made the first appointment through her, Jordan came and and he has done a very professional job with our house and yards. We are very satisfied with this company so far, and hope this will make our summer ants problem better!

Christopher promptly showed up in the AM at the earliest of the suggested service time. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the insect/critter issues. Christopher invested a lot of time and attention to thoroughly inspect and treat all areas of the yard and house perimeter. Thank you for a job well done!

Sales Rep's were in my area. We were reluctant to sign up for the yearly service as the previous company that we hired for Ant removal wasn't able to get rid of the Ants. Sales Rep's assured that there was a money back guarantee if they were not able to deliver what they promised. Initial treatment was done for Ants and Mice, along with removal of a small Wasp's nest. 3 weeks later the Ants have decreased but Mice are still here. Called to get a technician in to look at the bait traps. They were busy the week that I called but had opening for following Monday which I scheduled. On the day of follow-up appointment, I called the Company to see what time Tech will be arriving. There was a mix up as they said my appointment wasn't till the following Monday. Crystal, was great, she was able to resolve my issue and have a Tech come out the same day (Thank you Crystal). Technician, Sung, came and did a thorough assessment and found where the mice were coming in. He placed several bait boxes in the areas of concern. He explained the steps that were necessary. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Sung. Will be booking him for future appointments. Thanks Sung.

We had a door to door sales guy come and we signed up. They were thorough with answering our questions and scheduled us in. The Technician Ashish Batra came by in two days to do his work at the scheduled time between 9-1pm. This was yesterday. He was kind and courteous and professional. He also assured us if there is continued activity to not hesitate to call him back which is assuring. They did mention to wait about 10 days for spray to be fully effective. I have no complaints so far!

Just started using this company a few Weeks ago. Since we have a rodent problem it will take awhile to fix the situation, so I can't really comment on if this works. What I can say, is that the staff I have dealt with is very professional, courteous, attentive and empathetic to the anxiety we face with these dang creatures. From the Customer service ( sorry cant remember her name) to the Techs. I have had 2 technicians come and both were equally great. I can't remember the first guys name, but I do remember Ashish. He was extremely helpful. Hoping we get him again when we call for a follow up. Thanks Insight!
