I just bought a 100% CF (matte finish, standard weave) tank cover/gas cap surround for my 2022 Hypermotard SP. The fit and finish were flawless (on par with the OEM Ducati carbon fiber on the bike). I received the part very promptly (I’m on the East Coast) and the price was extremely fair, especially relative to the quality. This is my second experience with Motocomposites as I bought a bunch of carbon parts for my 2015 899 Panigale track bike two years ago. In that experience as well, I was 100% satisfied with both the quality of the parts and the customer service experience. Don’t overpay for Ducati parts (outrageous) or with the snooty, boutiquey brands when you can get beautiful workmanship and customer support from Motocomposites…

Slow to make parts. Their website states 6-8 weeks turnaround time. I checked on my order today after 8 weeks and they still haven’t started on it.

Worst quality of carbon parts ever, also worst customer support which does not accept claim of the bad parts. That is the only answer: We have submitted your photos to the factory and they disagree with your claim." Be very careful

Would give 1 star, but I'll give 2 stars because the other parts in my order fit reasonably well with minor trimming and things were packed very well.Slow on shipping. Ordered May 13th. Website says Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement if in stock." Everything of mine was in stock. It was ordered on a Thursday

Recently ordered a carbon front fender and heel plates for my MT-07. Shipping was super quick and the quality and fit was perfect! Will be ordering from them again.

I've now purchased 3 different parts for my GSXR-R600 and I keep choosing this company because their finish on these Carbon Fiber pieces looks beautiful. Fitment overall I would give 8/10 but Overall im always satisfied. So far I've purchased a Rear Tire Hugger, Fuel Tank Side Panels & a Fuel Tank Cover

Great looking parts but expect to put some work in to get them to fit. Hardware is subject to change to install. And make sure you attempt to install immediately. If you don't and the parts don't fit they will not allow you to return for refund. I did an entire 2011 Carbon Diavel and 4 parts would not fit as built even with minor modifications. If you can get carbon parts elsewhere I suggest you do. Customer service is everything and this company lacks it.

I would not recommend that you deal with this company. The quality of the carbon fibre rear hugger that I ordered for my BMW R1100S was the worst I've ever seen. It was thin, did not fit properly and wasn't even the width of the rear tire. When I contacted the company, I was allowed to return it but I had to pay $32 in shipping and it took almost two weeks for my refund to be processed. They also charged me $11 US dollar for restocking which they did not mention when I spoke with them on the phone. Very disappointed. I'm not the type of person to leave negative reviews but this company needs to seriously step up their game and offer better customer service.

Product quality not great, and poor customer service. No returns accepted when parts did not fit motorcycle. I ordered for my Ducati 848 streetfighter and the parts were for a Ducati 848. There was a misunderstanding on my end that this would fit and it did not.I was willing to ship back brand new parts, never used and in all original packaging. Sent pictures of all products in original packaging. Not willing to work with me at all. 3.1 rating on google rating is a bit high for a company with this type of customer service and poor quality product. Never would purchase fromhere again. Don’t waste your time.
