I had my first experience with Colleen this summer and I'm still thinking about it to this day. My toddler and I went to yoga in the park with her and I was so pleased with her flexibility and patience with my 2 year old. I'm a level 3 ECE so my standards are high and Colleen did not disappoint!

I have been practicing with Colleen since January and I absolutely love her. Her classes are invigorating yet relaxing. Her voice is calming and her sessions are always varied; which allows you to experience many different poses. I can feel her warmth and energy come through the Zoom meeting. It’s amazing!

World Citizen 108 is an incredible hub. I've had a handful of yoga classes from the teachers and I've throughly enjoyed my experience.I feel accepted and safe, which is really important to me, and the teachers are knowledgeable and kind.I am looking forward to being a part of their future classes and endeavors!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
