BUYERS BEWARE: This store does not sell GHOST ARMOR! Ghost Armor had not been in this Mall for over 5 years until recently. Their Screen Protectors are no where near the same material. Do not be fooled!Long time Ghost Armor user ever since I found this product in Guelph almost 8-10 years go. I heard a Ghost Armor re-opened in this mall after leaving back in 2016. I got a new phone and was told to see Cellrox for my accessories.I was told Ghost Armor had actually closed but they have the same product. I got a awesome new case from them, there was a huge selection. I was very unhappy with the screen protector though. It was nothing like Ghost Armor! The gentleman at Cellrox was so kind and I left feeling taken care of.When walking around shopping I found the Ghost Armor stand near Zerhs and now I feel swindled.I absolutely recommend going there to get your case, they are very friendly and kind but they do not sell Ghost Armor screen protectors.

I am very happy with their service. I have changed my 12 pro max screen in very reasonable price, it has a great quality I didn’t get this price anywhere. Abhishek helped me with all that screen changing process and he also showed me some amazing options in cases. Overall I had a great experience, they deserve 5 stars.

I was given excellent customer service by Koushik. He was very friendly and interactive. He helped in choosing the best phone case and screen guard. One of the best experience, he deserves to start his own business as he has excellent business knowledge and understands the needs of the customer.

my daughter got her screen replaced here and received a malfunctioning screen which when we came back to ask about their “lifetime” warranty they asked for $30 to replace it. they also never mentioned that the quality of the screen would be very inferior to the original (jagged and raised edges). spent way more time than needed as they would not give a resolution. don’t waste your time.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I went in to have my phone screen replaced and they did not inform me that a message would appear on my screen once the change was done. Had I known this I would not have purchased the screen replacement. The new screen put in has raised and jagged edges as well, which I was not informed was going to to be the case and that is not compatible with the quality I expected. Went I went back to get a replacement or get the edges fixed I had to spend hours there and they asked me for even more money to replace the new defective screen they put in. After I mentioned I would go to consumer protection they said they would do the fix for free but took the phone and brought it back without any change. If I had known the message would appear or that the quality of the screen would be as it is, I would not have gotten the screen replaced at all. I dealt with Sandeep the whole time and it was horrible.
