Customer service always superb. Fishing counter fantastic staff. At Gun counter Bobby super knowledgeable, always welcomes you with a smile. Price are the same as everywhere else, or they will match. I go To Westside for selection and great staff. Thank You Westside!!

Great service from the group at Westside. They have lots of local knowledge of the lake and area around it. It's our first year on the Shuswap and we are already putting fish in the net on every trip out thanks to the staff at Westside.

Called in the morning to see if they had the ammunition I needed, so I drove the hour to there store when I got there they told me they have none in stock, after talking to him more I find out they have 10 boxes in the back but it’s only if you purchase a firearm from them. Two problems here you wasted my fuel and time and if you purchase a firearm from them and use your box of ammunition you will have to purchase another firearm from them to be able to obtain another box, I get times are weird with ammunition right now. Implement a one box per person which I was totally ok with

Everything in this outdoors store is outrageously overpriced. Flies were more than $3 per with no bulk deal like everywhere else. First and last time here for sure.
