I'm not sure if this is how you spell her name, but sumaiya was so kind and helpful. When I walked in, she immediately greeted me with a smile and was so friendly. I came in looking for a specific item and she went above and beyond to ensure I walked away with what I needed. It was my first time at this specific garage location and based off of the top tier customer service, I will definitely be returning.

One of the nicest stores I have walked into. When I was being followed and harassed by a man I walked in and the employees there really helped me get out of the situation. They allowed me to stay in the back while making sure that the guy wasn’t lingering outside when I left ! I can’t thank them enough.

Very refreshing experience after dealing with the Eaton Centre location. I was greeted immediately by Ten & Tach who were super sweet. The store was super clean despite it being busy during the holidays. Chris gave a recommendation on the fitting of a jacket. Service was 10/10, I’d go back even after Ten & Tach gave me advice on where to go for an upcoming ski trip. Thank you! xx

It was my first time going to this location (I live out of province) but it was such a nice experience that i would definitely go again! Julia helped me find a pair of pants in my size after that size was not out on the floor. She was also super friendly and upbeat when talking to myself and other customers. The store was clean and organized and pretty quiet despite it being noon on a saturday. Definitely would recommend!
