Espresso Dolce

Just got our new Jura E6. What a great store and great people to deal with. They are awesome and gave us a super good deal. Oh……and great coffee too. I highly recommend these fun guys.

Can't say enough about their service. Mow, the consummate gentleman and manager, walked me thru the problem with my machine and diagnosed quickly. Would not only refer but going to get my 3 sons to get their coffee machines serviced there.

I came in right at open. The middle aged man that barely spoke English opened the door. You’d think the only customer showing up at opening would be given good service as it’s obvious they are wanting to buy. No.I walk around while he keeps his AirPods in. I ask about the difference in the Delonghi’s. He states, “This is new one. This is good one.”I walk to the middle table and ask if these Gaggia’s are refurbished. To which he responds, “Yes, Gaggia.”I look at the back wall which a few Saeco’s are underneath the refurbished sign and ask what kind of warranties they offer. He responds, “Yes, Saeco.” Annoyed now I ask, “Do you not know what refurbished means?” As I point to the sign. His response, “No Guarantee.”I left. It’s clear I knew more about the machines then he did. I have no idea how this place got so many positive reviews but it’s a joke. Save yourself the stress, do your own research and buy directly from an online store (not theirs).There’s a reason why this store had to move next door to a smaller location. My experience today sums up the reason.Bad service? No problem. No business from me!

Trying to find an espresso machine is both confusing and overwhelming. I thought if only there was a coffee specialty store..." I did a google search and there they were! They have a wide variety of machines

I purchased a Quick Mill machine a year ago. I love it, big step up from previous appliance. They were extremely patient and took the time to go over the various machines. Awesome service. Plus they roast and package coffee on the premises. Yum.

The Langley location smells amazing. Came in looking for a certain machine. They didn't have it in stock at this location but the owner helped me out with getting it from the Vancouver location. Got some of their house roasted beans to go with the new machine. One of the better cappuccinos and espressos I have ever had. Friendly service .

Had a great experience purchasing my automatic espresso machine from Espresso Dolce. I was also able to try freshly roasted beans and learn about the roasting process. A great experience at a local shop.

Still waiting for a small part (milk froth tubing and connectors) that was promised. Apparently needed to be ordered from Germany. Been waiting over 4 months and haven’t heard a thing). If you want good service buy your Miele machines from Costco. I will next time.

Very impressed with Dolce Espresso. I purchased some freshly roasted espresso beans that were amazing. Will be picking up a new machine from here as well - these guys really know their stuff. If you take your coffee seriously, you owe it to yourself to visit this shop.
