Came in to get a quick treat for my young daughter after a trip to the park. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter (with no one ahead of us) without being acknowledged while at least 6 employees attended to drive-thru.This is nothing new, I know drive-thru is your money maker and at this point I do expect to wait a little longer to get service at the counter. But is it too much to ask to be treated like you want my business? Even a “We’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way.Ultimately ended up leaving because I only had time for a quick stop and didn’t want to wait and see if someone was going to come over.

AMAZING!May sound strange but the guy there today was awesome. Usually I need to give my order 7-9 times before they get it right... This guy once and BOOM!!! GOT it right.... Absolutely amazed me... Well done!!!!

Fast service .... friendly staff..no complaints at all with the order...I love how their staff deal with the customers so nicely always... I wish I can get time to go inside rather than getting drive through...

very poor service for in store. waited 15 minutes and only took care of the 3 people in front of me. lots of staff to handle the drive through.washroom smelled as if it has not been cleaned in a few days. this is at 930 am

I went into this Tim Hortons yesterday July 10th 2023 at 3:15 pm. I waited at the main counter for over 5 minutes while no less than 6 people worked (slowly) to fill drive-thru orders. Not once did one of those employees acknowledge I was even there. Clearly this TH has become a poorly run drive-thru only.I rarely ever go to TH since because service has gone into the toilet over the past 5 years…and this experience confirms I am correct.Cannot recommend TH to anyone. Sad too, because they were once a Canadian icon.Randy
