I highly recommend this company. They had someone come to my home right away to help me figure out why my washer machine wasn’t working properly. This gentleman figured out the reasons within minutes. He was professional as could be and was very detailed with the issues. Wasn’t costly as I thought and had my washer working the same day. My family will be calling them again in the future if our appliances ever break down again. Extremely appreciative.

We recently had our over the range microwave replaced. They showed up on time and were able to replace it in a timely fashion. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Made arrangements a week in advance to have my oven repaired. They were to show up between 9 and noon. Took the morning off work and the time came and went and no one showed up. Sometimes things happen and you cannot be on time or make it. I would expect a curtesy call and a rescheduling. Not this company. No call and when I called, multiple times, goes directly to voicemail which of course the box is full. I sent multiple texts after and not even a reply to one of them. This company obviously does not understand the term customer service. Now it is a few days before Christmas and I don't have a working oven. Sadly the other companies are booked up and cannot get a technician out before Christmas. I would NEVER use this company again and I hope no one else has to experience this.

I have had a great experience with this company so far! Was able to make a same day appointment.(I think I just got lucky) The repair man was extremely polite, personable and kind. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and wanted to show me how he came to that conclusion. Now just waiting on the repair. Will update!Update! I waited 1 week for a coil repair. The repair man told me the peice would come in by Thursday and booked me for an appointment on Friday. He forgot about our appointment. He was able to come by the next day. He seemed very rushed and short. He then explained he had his sons game to get to. Hopefully that doesn't reflect. I was told that the peice that needed to be repaired was going to be more, but that he would find the peice i needed so it wouldnt be as expensive. I even did a quote with another company. They would have charged 20-100$ more! I really appreciate the work they did and hopefully work with them again!

Fast and Knowledgeable. Was able to fix my oven while others were telling me it won’t work anymore. Saved me from spending money on a new oven.

I would definitely recommend this company. I called Friday at 3 and the police lady who took my call said she would send someone over after 8 when he's done all his work orders. He showed up even thou his son had a ball game in Montreal and took the part that needs to be replaced. Then Monday even thou he has many many work orders he takes time to go get the part and calls me to say he'll be here after 8 when he's done his other work. Honestly cornwall needs more business like this. Goes above and beyond to help, and no office hours like 9 to 4. 5 star rating from one fussy customer totally satisfied ty
