Had a great experience in dealing with all the people at Carpets Plus. From the smiles and great attitudes everyone has to being able to joke around a bit and have some fun. From in store service to at home measure through to the install and the follow up after work complete, these guys are a 10 out of 10.(Get the Shaw pad, its like magic on your feet. Sometimes go into newly carpeted room just cause it feels good :)Thanks Carpets Plus and staff!

We shopped around and can't even compare the service, price, and product quality to Carpet Plus. Their price was incredible, the product was outstanding compared to other places in that price area, and they installed on time. Installation was excellent; they even added a nose to my top step, which I didn't ask for. Quality work - quality product - quality service! We are very happy customers.

I just bought my house during the pandemic and tried endlessly to find a good flooring that wasn't outrageously priced to finish off the main level of my house. Chris was very accommodating by bringing me samples to compare what would work best for the floor in regards to colours and thickness. I did end up finding the original flooring that I could have installed and then all my main floor would be the same but, I decided after all the work that was put in I would purchase my flooring from carpet plus. I had it delivered and installed today and I honestly can’t wait to put it on another project that I will be doing next.

Complete con artistsDo not buy from this company. They sold me carpet for my addition and told me it was premium 32 oz carpet. After 2 years it has worn out and i have recently found out it was not even builders grade carpet.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CHEATS
