Went to the bathroom to pee and was asked to step outside for “one quick second” before getting bracelet ripped off and kicked out after 20 minutes of being sober. Waste of $10. Do not go here if you plan on using the washroom. Woke up in the morning with bruises on wrist and hand from the bouncer.

Can't say how great this bar is. It's been 20 years since my last visit... but just as remembered. Great shots, great beers, great music and dance floor. If you can - go spend the night!

If you are looking for a typical small-town-bar to have few drinks, throw few coins in a machine, whip a drunk dance and not worry about being fancy - this is your spot. No judgement, no expectations, fair prices. Anyway, my only wish is that the ONE AND ONLY pool table in Wolfville gets more attention. Price for a single game went up, but the table is in a tragic condition. Would really appreciate if someone gave it a bit of care.

$10 cover charge when nothing was going on. A couple shady characters were there too. Drinks were pricy. Majority of the scene were scantily clad college kids. The bouncer chick gave me a nasty belittling look when I tripped coming back in. As if I were drowning my life away in booze. Little did she know I'm just good ol' fashioned clumsy and was stone cold sober.

I wish I could give negative stars to the anvil. I have been going to this bar as an Acadia student and almost every time I have gone, it has been a horrible experience for me and my peers. The bouncers and “security” are rude and disrespectful. They find any kind of way to ruin your night and cover is far too much for a bar where the floors are always sticky, waiting in line for 30+ minutes just to get in and not be able to move, disgusting bathrooms that are never cleaned, and over priced watered down drinks. If there was another bar in wolfville I’m confident that most students would go there but because the vil is the only one, that’s where students go. I would recommend not going if you want to enjoy your night. The staff here also are known to take people’s IDs so beware even though it may be YOUR ID they will still try and take it and do who knows what with it. Everyone who works there is very sketchy and I do not recommend going :)

As if the bar wasn't already a dive they go and hire a little 4ft Hispanic guy (Freddy) who thinks he's the terminator and constantly gives people dirty looks, not worth what they charge cover. Disgusting bar and shite staff, wish I could put quarter stars...

Has a entry fee of $10 and only cash, they won’t tell you that till you’re in and it’s too late and you cannot get a refund. Don’t go not worth it, awful atmosphere.

Nicely renovated and lots of Acadia Axemen memories on the wall..However I'm not sure if they still have Blackhorse Beer from Nfld still on tap....
