Just had the nicest experience going to the Airport and returning! Terry was our driver to Pearson International and Dave was our return driver. Both were exceptionally considerate, and helped with luggage! We will definitely be using your services again!Thank you

Using Red Car for a long time, always been exceptionally good. Our most recent experience was extra level exceptional. We thought we'd miss our connecting flight, contacted via e-mail to reschedule, got immediate response despite time difference, then we magically made the connection, sent a short e-mail letting them now, got immediate confirmation before I turned off my phone, car was waiting despite the long wait for our no-show baggage.

Always a relief to have red car waiting for us at the airport after a long flight and jet lag setting in. They remove so much of the stress of traveling and always a friendly welcome. Great for both work and traveling with the kids. They keep an eye on flights and delays, great communication.

We used Red Car services to take us home to Fergus from Pearson Airport recently. We appreciated that our wait time was only 5 minutes. Peter, our driver was very professional and delivered us to the residence snag free. We enjoyed excellent discussions on the way home. Thank you.

Red Car Services canceled on me the day before my wedding.Last April I went online and booked 2 shuttles for June 6th, using red car's online booking. In May of last year, I called red car and confirmed my booking was a go. The day before my wedding, red car called and canceled, saying they didn't have any vehicles available"

Al must have started off the day wrong.Made crass comment on arrival about my cough. Then he came upon an area under construction and took another route. When we met the same construction, he decided to take it anyway"! Bottomed out and then move some barriers to get out. Got to our next "pick up" and grumbled about them. Last stop and they had many bags. "Why so many bags? Going for a long time"? ( none of his business!) Didn't get our drivers name coming home

Thank you for the amazing service Neil, Kevin & the whole Red Car Service team provided to us not only on wedding day, but also prior. You were so lovely and easy to communicate with and provided great and efficient guidance and support! I was a bit anxious about transportation given the taxi & Uber situation in Elora (and given being from Toronto), but you made everything super convenient for us and our guests! Many of our guests also complimented the great service from the shuttles provided on the day of the wedding. Thank you again! :)

Not too impressed with the recent booking. Although I gave detailed instructions as to pick up location, driver was confused and had to telephone me as he was in wrong spot. The driver had strong body odour and drove fast and slammed the brakes on several times. Pick up at the airport was delayed. When I arrived at 5:30 p.m. I was told pick up would be 6 p.m. A driver came and took away one person at 6 but I was not permitted to be included in the van? I was told my pick up would now be 6:15 pm. Driver did not arrive until 6:30.
