ATB overcharged my mother for her safety deposit box. She has made 7 trips to the bank and has been told each time that her money would be refunded. The error still has not been corrected to our satisfaction. ‘ATB listens’?????? Don’t believe it!

Amanda and all the staff are amazing!! They have all made my experiences wonderful and if there's ever been a problem, they go above and beyond to make things right! Everyone there has always been very helpful and great to deal with!

Just switched to ATB and so glad I did, never had a banking experience so amazing! Tora and Rana both helped me so much and connected me to some other great people. Very personable, understanding and thoughtful team. I am excited for future banking at this location!

I have always had good personal service here. The staff are really nice. Very patient. Couldn't ask for better service . The staff even know you by name .Lately , they decided to eliminate the pass books, trying to get you to use online banking or get statements in the mail .Well , my mail sometimes wrongfully delivered to a different address. Someone else can open my mail and have access to my account . As the account number is listed . Further to this the statement I received was wrong ..

I have been an ATB customer for years, i've always had great experiences except with this specific location. They have charged me twice for a bank draft. I have had this refunded 3 times now and this branch charges it again days later. Unimpressed having to waste my time continually. May only be $7.50 but how many customers are being charged twice and don't catch it, or give up after trying numerous times.

Worst customer service I've had at any ATB branch from Layal. If it was local one I'd be changing branches because of it. All other branches have been amazing especially my local one.
