City Yoga Warren

The community of Warren and surrounding areas have a gem that you are probably unaware of. Dawn Young is a certified Yoga instructor who has been teaching for several years at Strongheart Yoga in Warren. I have arthritis in my back and she worked with me individually in class to show me alternative moves that were helpful for when I was at home. She is so dedicated to her craft that it will be immediately evident from the moment you step foot in her class. She is a teacher in every sense of the word; walking the room and evaluating each person to ensure they have correct form. Check out how many area of Yoga she is certified in!
