Horrible wait time for someone who had an appointment booked. Called prior to discuss and was never informed of a $600 deposit. Don't bother booking with this uhal dealer. Extremely slow, rude and ignorant. Doesn't check on his trucks either.

booked a day before and once arrived to the location, the clerk was having issues login into the uhaul forum . Not knowing the correct password. Having me wait hours delaying my job for the day.
