I bought my bridal dress from here and the quality and prices are really great! They have a wide selection of beautiful, trendy bridal wear available. They also have a lot of clothing for wedding guests, as well as more casual clothes for both men and women.However, the reason why I am removing 2 stars is because I would be weary of getting a custom dress from here. Just buy what you can see in front of your eyes. I bought my wedding dress ready made, and just asked to attach sleeves. However, they took the measurements incorrectly and they were way too short (came up to my elbow), and this was a mistake that could not be fixed. The sleeves were also super tight, so the seamstress had to loosen them quite a bit.Overall, beautiful dresses at good prices! But I would be cautious of getting anything custom made here (they will not offer you any partial refunds or anything, even if it is their mistake)

Fantabulous Pakistani cloth store with huge collection of casual,party wear and bridal dresses. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very professional and friendly. Men, women and children wear are also available.prices are fixed. Open 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm Tuesday to Sunday. Must visit store.

Great ethnic (South Asian) clothing with probably Pakistani/Indian origins. Good prices, great collection and lots of nice ladies to help you shop for those big grand occasions and small ones too. You can also find accessories and small decorative furniture items as well.

This store has gone downhill IMO. I had gotten some beautiful suits for my wedding from here 10 years ago. But now the suits were shabby/unstylish looking. They were selling very damaged suits for $100. The one's that looked half decent were selling for $300-700 that aren't worth that price. Lower quality, very disappointing. Oh, I HATE how the prices aren't marked. And the customer service was Zero!

1 start because 0 stars are not possible.Got a pricey custom made bridal dress from them because I needed it within a short time that no other vendor could agree to. They charged me an arm and a leg and claimed they'll make a high quality dress.What I got was a cheaply made, off coloured dress that probably cost them $300 (max) to make. The work on it was nice but they cut cost by using cheap cloth and wrong material. In addition, the measurements were off. Also, they have NO sense of fashion or style. I only got mine from them because they had a ready order for someone else that they claimed they could make an exact copy of in 2 months.After receiving my order and getting shocked by the quality and wrong colour, I showed both husband/ wife owners the pictures of what I had ordered (their own dress), and how its different from what they made for me, they received it very negatively - incredibly rude and inappropriate tone and body language. They eventually took the dress back and messed it up even more.Should have trusted the negative google reviews of the bride and her husband posted here further down in these reviews. Due to time constraint and the owner's (husband's) initial friendly behaviour prior to ordering, I naively thought our experience may be different and that the negative reviews are probably one offs.In short, they are straight up disrespectful after they have your money. Only buy something if it is ready made and you see the product. DO NOT give them your money for custom order. Personally, out of principal and the utmost disrespect and incompetency the husband/ wife owner showed towards my family, I actively tell my friends and family to steer clear from Kohinoor.

One of my best shopping experiences!! Shahbaz uncles goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. My dress came perfectly and on time. He made sure to keep me updated on the status of the dress and always answered my texts and calls to answer my questions. If you’re looking for a place to order a dress, Kohinoor Islington is the best!

My order came in 1 month earlier than expected! They custom tailor the design, size, and colour of the outfit you want!!! Amazing and friendly staff if you're friendly and patient yourself.Costs here are kinda pricy but in my case, my wedding dress was more affordable compared to the costs of similar quality dresses in Toronto. If you want quality, be prepared to pay $$$$ for it and you will surely not be disappointed. My wedding dress turned out better than I expected it to be. I had even requested a few reasonable style modifications and they did exactly as I asked.

To give you guys an honest review without brown prejudices, Kohinoor is a great place to buy your dress. They do an amazing job in a great price. I have been to many Desi bridal shops, and they quoted the same dress for me for $5000-6000, and kohnioor worked with me really well and gave me the dress of my dreams in 2500-2700 range. Even though it's not really about the price...it obviously helps. Also, the workers there are actually really sweet and want you to have the best dress for your big day. If you hear brown aunties badmouthing the store, don't trust them, that's their life; hating on everything. Besides, when are brown aunties ever content with anything? -_-. Also also also, only because I want everyone else to have a nice dress, I will share a sneak peak of my dress (the back of the kameez without the lengha). Good luck with dress shopping! I Highly recommend KohinoorPs. A tip for all brides and shoppers, always discuss all the minor details with them, as you don’t want anything to mess up on your special day. E.g. the colour on the inner lining of your suit, where you want the beads, if you want a belt, etc. B/C I didn’t want red to show on the white part of my dress, but i let it slide bc I didn’t specify that. If you have to repeat yourself or even call them to confirm details about your order, then you do that!#ShaadiMubarak
