Michelle and the team at Vision Mechanical were excellent to deal with. They responded quickly and worked on our behalf to get our unit covered under the warranty. The installation technicians arrived on time and completed the work within the time and cost estimate. I would highly recommend then to anyone!

I used vission plumbing for few jobs in my house. Vision plumbing team is awesome. The house is old and I had to change and fix many things, from changing pipes to fixing bath overflow and installing dishwasher. Vision team helped me with all that. I had, unfortunately, another company to install furnace and they did so wrong that I had flood in my basement. I called again Dave, they came, found problem and fixed everything for me. I am definitely taking this company for any future jobs that I will have in the house. I trust them and I know I won't have any problems after they leave. Dave is amazing. For any issue he explained me what is going on and how they can fix that. Every worker from vision was very profesional and respectful. Great job vision team!!!

Vision Mechanical responded very quickly the moment we contacted them that our furnace wasn't working. They got our furnace running again and taught us how to avoid it from happening again. The technicians were kind and polite and I would use them again! Thank you guys!

The appointment was easy to book, I got text and email reminders, the technician was knowledgeable and the mobile billing/payment was impressive. Most importantly, the issue has been resolved and my heater is running well.

During his maintenance & repair visit, he kept me well informed of the process & explained everything in an easy manner which helped me understand. The team at Vision are awesome! I had new sinks/taps installed in 2 bathrooms and kitchen as well as a dishwasher. Mike from Vision Plumbing came by to install our dishwasher. It was a tricky job and he did it well with a good attention to detail. Caught a manufacturer issue that would have caused a flood that I don't think anyone else would have looked for.If you have any plumbing needs ask for Mike specifically!

Sasan - service technician cleaned our drain in the kitchen sink which was causing our sink to clog. He was very professional & friendly. He explained the entire process to us, drew us a picture of the piping system so that we understood exactly the work which was being done. Michelle - the receptionist was responsive & scheduled an appt. For us urgently to have the sink assessed. Both staff members demonstrate good communication skills & overall just friendly. The staff listened to me, were kind & responded timely despite a stressful process with separate parties involved. This is the way a business should be run - the staff members added a personal touch to a business/ money transaction - which is very rare to find these days.
