I just went to add more stuff in my storage. The office was closed because weekend but we get a key pass so we can come and go when we want the yard is always clean. Like i said before I recommend this business anytime fir rentals of a truck or trailer and storage keep up the great work.

Had an issue with our vehicle when spending a night in osoyoos. Booked a truck and trailer online, and when I went to pick it up, the place didn't have what I booked.The staff member was extremely helpful, and got me a bigger truck and trailer for the same price. She also came out and showed me exactly how to use the equipment, helped me attach the truck to the trailer and helped me put the car on the trailer.Before I left, she saw me off to make sure everything was good to go. Absolutely wonderful customer service, and was a nice experience to have after a very stressful trip.

We rented a utility trailer from Vancouver and returned it in Osoyoos. We were charged an extra $600 to return it there. If we would have known Upfront we would have drove it back to Vancouver when we left the next day. We were told to read our contract and nothing has been resolved after multiple attempts with management.

We have used U-Haul before and service has been generally good. But the service provided at this location exceeded all previous experiences. Our situation was unique and the Osoyoos dealer helped us find an unconventional solution and provided the equipment we needed. He even helped us find solutions for the end of our trip. He could not have done anything more for us and got us out of a very difficult situation. Thank you very much.
