Wonderful customer service, came in recently to get a couple shirts cleaned. Never been before. The young gentleman at the counter was very pleasant, made me feel very welcomed. Shirts came back brilliantly, will be coming again.

Something happened where my clothing wasn't ready on time for a funeral .they promptly tracked it down got it taken care of and it was delivered to my house to take care of their mistake unbelievable service thank you so much!

I had a simple request . I was traveling to Mexico for a business trip. I ordered 6 shirts med starch pressed and folded. I was on a tight time line on my trip and wanted to prevent the most wrinkles possible. I picked up my clothes to find 3 shirts on hangers and 3 folded. I needed all folded as per my request at time of drop off. There was no reason why the order wasn't proper nor any refund offered.

Excellent place to get your clothes dry cleaned.. in fact I was a new customer and just walked in with my chef coats and they said it would take 2 days to clean which is honestly really fast... they gave me a receipt and said they would let me know when my clothes were done .. you can check the status of your order online.. the chef coats came back super white.. ironed.. and free of spots other dry cleaners failed to take off .. they gave me free hangers and put a bag around my coats to protect them .. excellent job .. the place looked so clean and tidy..

These folks are simply Amazing. Not only did they properly and thoroughly clean multiple pairs of suede pants but they did so for an incredibly, Surprisingly reasonable price. But what Really impressed me was the FREE delivery service. Who does that???I live at least 11 miles from the store, on a private road, in the woods, and not only did the wonderfully personable delivery gentleman Find me, but I received my clothing in a very substantial, not flimsy, garment bag, WITH an over the door hook to hang it on. Unreal.I can’t think of Anywhere else I get this level of pleasant and Thoughtful service. They truly go above and beyond. And that includes the young woman I originally delivered my garments to at the East Aurora location.This was my first experience of Benzinger’s and I will Never go anywhere else, and obviously Enthusiastically recommend this business.I’m gushing I know but that’s how very impressed and beyond satisfied I am with this business. So much so I Had to call them to give the same report.As they have multiple locations, I bet there’s one near you. You will not be disappointed.

Always friendly, superb job cleaning velvet, furs, suede, and leather clothing. I live in Buffalo and head there for all my delicate clothing to be cleaned. What's also convenient with the company, is they have a seamstress. If your pockets have a hole, or loose button , they are there to mend it. Parking is easy, it's a shared lot with the Village Cobbler near the bridge. I'd highly recommend using this company, they also have a speedy turn-around and are reasonably priced.
