H&R Block

Dealt with a tax specialist named Jayme klassen. Right from the get go she was fast, efficient and friendly. I got over 2000 back and within 20 minutes was in and out with my return. Very happy with the service not like the other h& R s out there at all. UPDATE: took my daughter in to do 4 years of taxes she had a lot coming back but also owed 1000 for cerb payback to cra. I asked the lady to start the returns from oldest return filing the first 2 years then do the most recent years. I asked her because then my daughter would have the 1000 paid by the time she did the most recent and get over 3000 back but she was snotty and didn't understand what I was saying. Went and told the other lady real loud and snotty what I wanted like ya....I didn't think it was difficult. NOW THIS IS THE H & R IM USE TO. She said to go and come back in a while so we did. She had done the taxes completely opposite from what we wanted..and made it so she got 600 back that's it and had to wait for the rest. And was huffing and puffing when I asked her to explain why she did it that way. I finally had to leave my daughter to sign sheets. And when ever I come in they come out side start to be friendly snd then roll their eyes. Oh it's her.

Didn't end up going they weren't doing cash back yet. Wish they would just offer it right away

Going the extra mile delivered results for us! Asking us the questions about services we paid for that were legitimate deductions was worth the price of services. Staff is most excellent, patient and professional and I never felt rushed or pressured. Great load off of my mind knowing that H&R will stand by me in the case of an audit.

WOW have been doing it wrong all this time dropped my taxes off with Susan, couple phone calls and BOOM done quick same day service very covid friendly set up well staff are very nice was most painless taxes I have even done “this is the way”

Service was fast and friendly. The gals did a BIG favor to help my son with his 1st income tax remission. They only charged him $19.00. And they cut a check right there for his G.S.T. rebate, not making him wait for it snail mail. These staff did not have to do that, but they did, making a 1st customer a happy customer for years to come. Ty to all staff.
