I don’t usually do reviews however the Cronin group deserved this one. I am a first time home buyer and Chantalle is the real estate agent who took care of me. First off, the Cronin’s sells most of the houses in our neighbourhood as to why we trusted doing business with them. We started looking for a home about a month ago and Chantalle showed us multiple houses that were local in our area. She was able to locate exactly the kind of house we were looking for and not only find our dream first home but also helped us with negotiating a fair deal with the seller getting the home 50k under asking. I couldn’t be happier because not only did I get the home I wanted for the price I hoped for, she re-assured that my purchase was safe and easy going by suggesting home inspections to make me feel confident that I was buying a solid home that needed no maintenance. Chantalle assisted me by being thorough when answering all my questions and made my first time home buying experience amazing. I would highly suggest the Cronin family to anyone who’s looking for a genuine realest agent who is looking to help the community with purchasing or selling their homes.

My fiancee and I had little to no knowledge when we started the home buying process. For anyone it's a huge and intimidating process.We interviewed a few Realtors recommended by our mortgage broker and Chantalle stood out head and shoulders above the rest (not by height). She was extremely easy going on the phone, incredibly charasmatic and articulate and most importantly NOT pushy.We met with the whole Cronin family and was introduced to Glen who single handedly has the most housing knowledge I've ever met. The knowledge which was at first intimidating was indispensable when we first started looking and narrowing down our criteria. His knowledge sped up our entire home buying experience as we could use his rubric against other homes.Chantalle even went out of her way to advise us against buying a particular place (with great reasoning) when we could have closed earlier.We couldn't be happier with the whole process, they alleviated as much of the stress as possible and we highly recommend them.

We have had a long standing 30 year relationship with the Cronin Realty Group. Glen and Helen have assisted us with the purchase and sale of 3 homes during this time. They were always available and timely in their responses to the multitude of questions we had. In searching for our new home, they were very resourceful in finding us the “right” house. This time around, we had the pleasure of interacting with Chantalle Cronin who came out and viewed several homes with us and always ensured all of our questions were answered in a timely and thorough manner. She was so lovely to deal with! It was easy to see that she had all the great values of Glen and Helen instilled in her and operated at an equally high level of performance.We plan to continue this relationship for many years to come and will always look to Glen, Helen and Chantalle for all future real estate needs whether for us or as referrals for our family and friends. Helen and Glen gave their personal attention to us throughout the entire process of selling our home. Before we met with them, they visited every comparable home in our area so we would know how to price our home and we were aware of the competitive listings. I needed a great deal of staging because our furniture was already moved to our new home out West. They took care of all the details seamlessly and worked around me having surgery the week we listed.
