What can I say about Ryan?! This guy is great. I called him on a Tuesday morning, he came out Tuesday afternoon and stayed until my computer was fixed. He could've left at 5 PM (quitting time) but stayed another 90 minutes because I have a severe physical disability and my computer is my connection to the outside world. Thank you so much. If I ever need computer services again, I will no doubt be calling Waterloo Networks. Amazing!

I had an amazing experience with Ryan and Waterloo Networks. I bought some new PC parts and needed help having them installed. Ryan was informative and gave me great advice on parts, he was on time to install them, and when any issues arose, he gave me options, helped me weigh them, and took action accordingly. Fantastic business, and I would absolutely work with them again any time I need to upgrade my PC.

My laptop had an issue with the power button (it wasn't turning on!), and the part needed to be replaced. The service was awesome and I got my laptop back within 48 hours (not including the weekend). With labour and the part it came to about $100. My laptop was also returned with some missing screws replaced, cleaner than it has been since I bought it 5 years ago, and fully charged!

Ryan came to my house and helped with a couple of computer issues today. He was able to very quickly fix my problems as well as moving music and helping with older issues too. Great guy, super helpful.

Great place for computer repairs. They replaced the AC jack on my laptop in one day for significantly less than the price they quoted me, and for less than half that quoted at Best Buy or Canada Computers - and this price included replacing a part they did not know they would have to initially. In addition to being quick the service was friendly, and they were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely come back with any future problems, and am happy to support a local, small business that is doing quality work.When I had another problem with the AC jack a month later their service was just as good. They replaced one damaged part and fixed another, more expensive one in a couple of hours and waived all the fees except the replacement part. This business has saved me a lot of time and money and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was directed to Waterloo Networks by a competitor after they told me it would take two weeks for them to get my laptop repaired. Waterloo Networks completed the repair in less than 24 hours. They provided updates on the progress, the service charge was very reasonable, and they returned my computer to me looking brand new...an unexpected bonus. Thank you for the incredible service. I'll definitely be recommending you to others!

Simply put, the best of the best. The service is not only competent, but the experience of dealing with this company is affordable, pleasant, professional, reliable and responsive. Ian handles every issue, and I’ve never felt like he did less than a perfect job.
