Orthotics were made easily and fit well right away, without needing any breaking in. I had some problems with coordinating benefits and Kim Rau was very helpful in sorting that out, providing additional information to insurance company, even though they already had all that was required.

I am very pleased with the custom orthotics that Tavish built for me. Tavish is friendly, solidly knowledgeable about foot mechanics, and highly skilled in fitting, constructing and adjusting orthotics. My orthotics were sent away to get the initial form made but after that all adjustments were made by Tavish by hand on the spot. I left the office I had a pair of orthotics that were perfectly fitted to MY feet and their quirks!

Kim is an incredible Pedorthist. Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional, but she took time to explain to my son in a way he could understand why he was having foot pain and things he can do to help treat and prevent it. She is thorough, friendly and the best in the field!

I was seen by David Stotesbury at the UW campus Student Life Center location for my second pair of orthotics and he was amazing. He took the time to explain how my feet were structured and how over the years their structure lead to me being more prone to ankle injury and instability. I am not exaggerating when I say that having access to this information in an accessible way explained all my minor injuries from childhood to now. I might be an outlier but I found it really fascinating and really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything and answer my questions. David is professional, personable, and easy to chat with. He thoroughly explain the process of orthotics going forward as well as how to put everything through campus insurance (I'm a student). I would highly recommend anyone needing orthotics to visit David!
