Our service repairman Zach came on time and with a friendly and professional attitude. He got right in there and discovered the problem and fixed it and was willing to explain exactly what he was doing and what was causing the problem with our fridge. Very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone who needs their appliances repaired.

I had a defrost issue with my upright freezer. Dave at the store gave me some hints but I was unable to do the work myself. The service call was done by Joel. He was efficient and knowledgeable. As promised he made a follow-up call about a part. So far so good!

My 15 plus years old Jenn-Air wall oven failed after a lighting storm. It destroyed some electronics components on the oven control board. Fortunately I found this Canadian based company, Baron’s appliance, that has a electronic department who sounds like they know what they are doing when discussed over the phone. Quoted price for repair was fair. So I decided to give them a shot to save my old oven from the landfill.Jayme at Barron’s kept me updated and repaired my control board in a timely manner. Shipped the repaired control board back to my door steps. Oven worked as new. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend their electronic department to revive your old appliance.

Brian’s customer service is top notch. He explained how to do the repair on my stove and said if I had any problems to call him. He ended up walking me though the repair via txt/pictures. 5 stars

Electrolux hired them to fix my 1 day old stove. They called me wanting the model number. I explained that I was at work and not home till the evening, could they call Electrolux and get it from them. I was informed that no they would not and that they weren't going to get in the middle of it. I said it was Electrolux that hired them and that they have the info.Was told no again. I would also have to provide proof of purchase for warranty. But I did that with Electrolux. They then said that they were canceling the ticket and said I was to contact Electrolux, then hung up.

Our 2011 Kenmore Dishwasher with “loud” and “louder” mode died. That’s not exactly true: it also had a macerater function that would break every third wine glass. We’ve had Barron’s do several appliance installs/repairs. They’ve provided great service over the years. This was no different. Zack (I’m using his real name here with total disregard for the NDA I never signed) was incredibly polite and did a great job installing the new non-Kenmore brand replacement dishwasher. I offered Zack an opportunity to purchase my old Kenmore…, he wisely declined. In fairness, I’ve seen very few Sears Repair Centres lately. Blue Heeler not included.

The delivery team they use strongman delivery" were great ! they mastered a driveway that even the city refused to drive up . I worked on the oil rigs and know all about driving large trucks

All our appliances were made in 2010. The dryer started getting very hot then stopped working. The issue was difficult to resolve, and Barron's worked with us to fined the solution. Barron's service is very professional, reasonably priced, and prompt. Barron's has saved our family thousands of dollars. Barron's helped extend the life of our dishwasher, fridge, stove, overhead microwave fan, and now our dryer.Thanks Barron'sYou are the best.

Called them to fix a cracked drain hose on a wash machine as well as diagnose and fix the unit not draining for one of our tenants, because I did not have the time to run out and deal with it. When I called Barons, they said they can fix the hose, but to make sure they bring out the correct part for the service call, they need the make and model number of the unit. We supplied that and Barons then arranged a time with the tenant to go and service the unit. The repair tech showed up and didn't fix anything and called me after saying that they would have to do another call out to replace the hose, and he wasn't able to test the washer for the no draining issue, due to the split drain hose, but advised it would be $500 in parts + labour to fix it because they were going to replace everything in the washer with the exception of the motor. I guess if you aren't going to do your job and test the unit, to see what the issue actually is, it is easier to just replace every piece in the washer and charge the customer for it. With that cost, it is more expensive to repair than it would have been to replace, so I made time to go out to the house and take a look at the unit myself that night, before dropping $$$ on a brand new unit and tossing this one to the landfill. In 25 minutes I replaced the drain house ($13) and pulled the pump to remove a hair clump that was impeding the impeller. He was there for 30 minutes, did no repair or proper diagnosis and charge me $140. If their service tech was prepared, or competent, then he could have fixed it in the same time he spent at the site doing nothing. I will not use their services (term used loosely) again, and would recommend to others looking for repair services and or refurbished appliances to do the same, as the service will not be there, or you will be gauged with their make work projects their techs recommend.

Needed a replacement cooling fan for our oven, it was ordered and I had it in my hands 2 days later. Really friendly folks here.
