Generations, Multi Generational Housing and Community Centre

Reception and some of the lead staff are horrible.I am constantly being threatened of short visits being cancelled, each time for asking questions or speaking up about issues I see.Different treatment and rules for different people.Denied being able to bring items my father needed, which was also a necessity, and also Dr recommended.His Dr called me, I explained to staff and I was still not allowed to drop off.Yesterday, reception refused to accept medically necessary supplies for one of my parents, but I have seen her accept items from other family members when they buzz (falling under different rules" for different people....)And I refused to leave until items were accepted

We have been there a few times for family visits and to attend events, the place is immaculate and people are friendly and welcoming. The fountains and gardens around the building are magnificent.

I came here on a volunteering trip with one of my classes last year (before covid-19). The facility was clean, the people were great, and the activities they had for their seniors were amazing! I got to play board games with seniors and chat with them too.

This home is amazing, the staff is wonderful and all of our questions are answered with a smile. Just looking at the smile on my mom's face tells us how happy she is. I am so grateful she is living in this home.

Very surprised and unbelievable, there are no reading materials, newspapers or magazines ! This would help the residents and its necessary also we get the mail but can not mail from the Facility,

I am giving Generations Multi Housing and Community Center a 5 star because they have exceeded my expectations. The staff is amazing - kind, caring, supportive and always smiling. Always ready to help the residents. The Centre itself is a marvel - very clean, welcoming and warm which in itself is an awesome therapy. With an inhouse kitchen, the cuisine is awesome - healthy with hearty choices catering for all residents. The activities that they have for the residents also stands out, which directly encourages and helps with a high quality of life. Keep it up and KUDOS to all

Calgary’s uneducated doctors and nurses work here please reconsider before putting your loved ones in this facility!!!!!!!!

I recently visited MGH to see my Mother. During the four full days of my visit, I can wholeheartedly say that the Staff were amazing, amazing ~ they really care for the residents and go above and beyond. Staff are truly special here and help make Residents' lives easier. Very clean and well looked-after facilities. Food also is very appetizing with good, healthy and hearty choices. Kudos to the Management of MGH as the attitude of Staff is a direct reflection of Management.

The doctors and nurses positions need to be overlooked through higher authority,the nurses spend more time on social media rather then attending to their patient’s especially the Ismaili ones they should be ashamed of themselves as someone could be Seriously be sick the Ismailis are a huge disappointment bottom line,white doctors are more attentive and nurses! The nurses are also the common cause to spreading covid as their nostrils stick out! There should be a zero cellphone policy put into place ASAP as I am willing to escalate this as soon as possible.

Beautiful ambience very calm and spiritual.. extremely friendly team and volunteers always with a welcoming smile. Clean facility felt more like a grand 10 star residential place.
