I reached out to Jeff Heath and Elite Concrete Raising after seeing Jeff's impressive video on YouTube. Jeff contacted me immediately to schedule a time to come out, examine what needed to be done and provide me with an estimate. Two other firms I called never called me back. Jeff's referrals were impeccable and his estimate was most reasonable. The work was scheduled. Jeff and Dan arrived punctually, were to work within three minutes and we watched them perform their magic. Our front porch/stoop had dropped three inches and 4 sections of adjacent front sidewalk were also out of kilter." Jeff and Dan made them look like new.Their workmanship was amazing

Wow! It's rare to see a company go above and beyond in this day and age but they really exceeded my expectations. I had to fix my sunken front steps for a home inspection and Jeff took ownership of the job himself. He was able to make a spur of the moment estimate the same day I called and was able to schedule the work within a week.I know that in this line of work that doesn't really happen...ever. I had a few other estimates come in the day before and after Jeff came out and 3 out of 4 companies said they couldn't do the work for one reason or another. Jeff had no concerns and he really impressed me with the work he did.The steps were 60+ years old and were not lining up perfect when they were raised. I was okay with a little bit of a bump in the lower sidewalk in order to line up the stairs properly, but Jeff apparently wasn't okay with that.Instead of listening to me he actually leveled the entire sidewalk and perfectly adjusted the stairs. To my surprise, he did not question the additional time or material he contributed to perfecting the job.I normally don't have that many good things to say about a company, or an owner, (seriously, feel free to look at my other reviews) but this was really an outstanding experience and Jeff showed honesty, integrity and a good amount of artistry in his ability to perform the job at an expert level.I send out my honest and sincere gratitude to Jeff and his crew as they made me believe that there are still master tradesmen who fully take pride in their work. Jeff came out to give me a quote on raising the front sidewalk at my parents house and the front step at my house. While at my house he noticed a part of my driveway had sunk a little bit due to the step sinking, pulling the driveway down in that corner. Had a couple other companies come and give me quotes and none of them noticed the other issue I had. Jeff has great attention to detail and will make sure the job is done correctly. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything from start to finish. They came and did the work at both houses today and did a fantastic job. Clean and professional work. I will definitely be referring Jeff and Elite to friends and family that may need work done.

I had a concrete landing that was tilting towards the house so any amount of rain would create a lake. When I called Jeff to get a quote, he immediately made time for me on a Saturday to come look at it. He gave me a very good deal that I couldn't pass up. I scheduled the repair for the week after. They did great work. Jeff went above and beyond I cannot recommend them enough.

Jeff is fantastic, he's got a wealth of knowledge that he puts to use on your project. I had just bought a home with a 30ish year old pool, where the panels of the pool deck had settled and we had signifiant height difference from the pool coping to the pool deck. Complicated job that Jeff was able bring it back to level in a single morning. His knowledge and expertise is amazing. As well he was super helpful in identifying the materials used on my property and were I could purchase it. I can not recommend Elite Concrete Raising enough!

I honestly couldn't be more impressed or happier with this company. I had contacted a different company that had many recommendations. They came out, I never knew they were at my house until I received an email that said they weren't interested as raising it couldn't be done. Along comes Jeff at Elite. He explained everything, is so kind and very thorough. And very reasonably priced! Jeff seemed very confident that he could raise my sidewalk, and he did! Beautiful job, I couldn't be happier or recommend them more highly! He told me after they were finished that if my handyman couldn't cement caulk, he would come out and take care of it for me himself. done.

Had sidewalk lifted substantially (6 inches) for the entire length of walk and dogleg to the right and had garage apron raised 2+ inches to bring into line with garage floor. Entire project took just under two hours. Work was done in a clean manner, leaving no debris. Huge change in the walkway. I am so pleased with the final results. Pricing was reasonable. An excellent company to do business with.Good communication and price. Excellent workmanship.I waited a few months so I could tell you that I am still pleased with the results and I am. They raised parts of my drive and my sidewalk. They even did a bit extra, but stuck to their estimate. I recommend this company.
