Strathcona Exteriors

We had Strathcona Exteriors replace our back deck between our house and garage. From beginning to end this has been a very pleasant experience. Sean and Tim were very responsive to our requests and the minor changes we requested. They also provided alot of insight and suggestions on how to improve our design and construction. Sean and Tim are very professional and very detail oriented, nothing escaped their critical eye. My wife and I are ecstatic with the final results. Sean does beautiful work. He met with us a few times to ensure we would end up with exactly what we were looking for. He used a program to create visual design so we could see what the finished product would look like. He gave us his honest opinion on what materials would look best while still fitting our budget. I was sold when a reference told me what incredible attention to detail Sean has. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. You will be happy you chose to work with Strathcona Exteriors.

Sean went above and beyond on our deck build. From the initial design he was patient and helpful the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and created our deck exactly as stated. He even added more (app controlled) lights than we initially talked about! We are beyond happy with our deck and would happily recommend Sean to anyone!

I can't say enough about the experience of using Sean to build our dream deck and a pergola. His workmanship is excellent and Sean shows up to do work when he says he will. Prices are reasonable. I don't think you can find someone else who is as caring about a project as Sean is. Highly recommended!

We talked to various companies about getting a deck built. Sean (the owner) impressed us right from the start. He didn’t just give us a quote, but gave us ideas, guided us along the way, and is passionate about his work. The deck was completed in a timely manner and with attention to every detail. He worked to keep the cost within our budget while still using good product / materials. We have received many compliments from strangers walking by, but almost every design idea and colour choice was his suggestion, so we can’t take any credit. Zero complaints and plenty of praise for this company!
