I have'nt been to this shop before but i know Mister Russel personally he was my teacher at mohawk college, he's a great guy and very knowledgeable about the trade I wish I could work on his shop and learn more from him, I'm currently working at Parkway nissan as a journeyman. Working in his shop would be definitely a whole new different experience.

Car needed work and a friend recommended I go here, I get very nervous about trusting places with fixing my car and not creating new problems. Russell automotive has exceeded my expectations and needless to say I will always be trusting them with my car in the future. Such great customer service and even better work done with my car. A good place to trust and their pricing is great as well! Thank you Ken and everyone else who helped fix my car, you gained a new customer and I’ll recommend you guys every chance I get! :)

Dont trust these people. They charged me for work they never did. They lie about changing parts and charge for work not completed. They did this twice. I trusted them and paid the price they wanted. Do not bring your car there. Hopefully this helps someone else.

Brought in my focus a month ago and had some piping installed ($700 worth) and when I got the car back It looked too close but I thought nothing of it, about a week ago I had my bumper melt due to the exhaust being installed at an unsafe distance. Its as if it was installed by a child

Classic (ok, its really just a 60 year old) cars are different from today's vehicles and finding a place that understands old cars AND is fully versed in all the new technolgy takes some looking. I was impressed with Ken, Jason and the techs for their relaxed but frank approach and that they took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions thoughtfully and respectfully.
