Nancy was a huge help! Was just changing our phone plan, when some issues came up she called the provider directly and got us the best plan and with a discounted price from the first quoted price which was great!

I was very happy with the level of customer service I received this past weekend when I went to upgrade my phone and plan. The lady was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. She did a great job and exceeded my expectations.

Wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 12 so bad but really couldn't afford to spend a lot of money. Serena was able give me a better plan, the phone I wanted, Apple Care, and a bunch of accessories all in my budget!

Most horrible experience with a carrier ever. Bought the galaxy s8 (a more than capable phone) and I get next to no signal almost everywhere (constant roaming). Sent them an email but they never respond. Went to see them in person and they suggested to try a new SIM card and if that didn't work, they would swap out the phone. Tried it with the new SIM but no luck so I went in the following week to have the phone swapped and they told me there was nothing they could do. If I'm paying over a grand for a phone I expect to at least be able to use it. Never had anything remotely close to this happen with koodo. I'd rate less than 1 star if it was possible. I'll be posting this elsewhere as well until something is done about it. I will not be recommending fido to anyone, ever.
