we bought some lamb some beef and hamburger from Alberta bros.the lamb was wow really good , way better than what we have got from the local grocery store.the beef was Alberta grade A red Angus beef really tasty ,nice cuts , the ribs were excellent . to my surprise the hamburger was more like sirloin ,no fat at all on it . my wife is a chef she told me this was some of the best beef she has seen , definitely top shelf quality and not too expensive , we will be returning when we finish this order.
