Will not use Wardell's again. Used them because of a recommendation and promise of better service due to connection with our builder. Almost cancelled the order, twice. Service was sometimes great but twice got what do you want me to do". Staff did not know the products other then colour

Just moved into the area and went to Wardell's for a gas stove. Ryan was friendly and very knowledgeable!. They showed up when they said they would and everything went great. We then went back for a washer and dryer and they have been so very helpful I cant even say how happy we are. Thankyou Wardell's! We are now loyal customers!Jim and Kathy

We bought all of our appliances from Wardell 's,to support our local business people. Just to find out they do NO LONGER DO THEIR OWN WARRANTY WORK.Have fun getting anything done.Stove broke Chinese guy scratched control panel.After second trip.Npw washer on fritz and repair guy didn't even show up.so if you can save money go to the big box stores. You'll probably have better luck.We are now on our 3rd week waiting for our washer to be repaired. And yes you may service some warranty until you sell it.
