Brandon provided excellent communications, was punctual and professional, arrived with everything needed to repair our non-functioning gas stove, in a single visit. It needed some kind of ignition controller near the inside burner. He was efficient and friendly and even gave us some helpful tips for a DIY ice machine repair on our refrigerator. A genuinely nice guy, skilled and knows what he is doing, would highly recommend. Thank you Brandon!

Brandon was extremely talented and helped us resolve the problem we had with our oven in minutes. He stayed late after his long day to address our needs and helped keep us safe realizing we had a legit gas leak we were unaware of. Call him if you arent sure how to fix your stuff. The lart that was broken I couldn't have known nor fixed it myself because it was electronic and for that, hes worth every penny you will spend. I did get ahold of someone. I opted not to use the service based entirely on the cost, their prices aren't unfair but my freezer can be replaced for about the same as a repair would cost.This is more about the appliance companies rather than Northeast Appliance Repair. They create cheap appliances that will almost certainly need to be replaced. We wonder why the landfills are getting overfull in this country.The person I spoke with at Northeast Appliance Repair was kind and polite. If my appliance would cost more than 220 bucks to replace, I would probably have used their service.

Going to start off this review by simple saying if you have appliance issues DO NOT call anyone else but Northeast Appliance repair! We purchased a very expensive Kitchen Aid refrigerator from Lowes a little over two years ago and stopped working making a loud buzzing noise. Luckily we purchased a separate 3 year warranty. Getting ahold of Assurant was hours of on hold before reaching an agent. We eventually did on a Friday and on the following Monday Brandon from NE showed up on time and just took over. He diagnosed the issue, a circuitboard that was on national backorder. He dealt with Assurant and to make a long story short we received a gift card for the entire amount to purchase a new unit. Brandon's technical knowledge, customer service and people skills are unsurpassed. Thank You.

Quickly diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part needed (my flapper door between fridge and freezer was stuck open, so my fridge was freezing everything too). Came back a week later.The pricing was fair - over half of the bill was the part.Definitely recommended.

Brandon installed our new dishwasher yesterday. We hadn't confirmed an installation date yet but he was in our area on another job. He called and asked if it was convenient for us if he stopped by instead of us making an appointment for the future. THAT is just one of his many qualities. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and most certainly cares about his customers. He most certainly will be our go to" man."

Our 4 year old Kenmore- on top French door refrigerator / bottom freezer w/ ice maker, no longer worked. My Brother called Sears and they couldn’t even look at until 3 and and 1/2 weeks. he made appointment, because he thought he had no choice! So, I looked on line for local refrigerator repair and saw North East Appliance with 5 stars, on every review. I called made appointment with Cheryl, Brandon came out when in area 2 days later and right away he knew it was the compressor. He advised that it was expensive to fix. We knew that type refrigerator and size was discontinued and would have to redesign kitchen in order to get same type, but wider size refrigerator. Brandon told us, he could fix. He said parts could be ordered and came back the following week and fixed. He gave us price to fix and was 2/3rds less than to buy a new one. Then in four years the new could possibly go and be back to square one. Funny we had a back up second refrigerator,28 years old, still working that we use as a extension for 3rd newer refrigerator. That helped so wasn’t completely lost! They don’t make new, more expensive refrigerators, like they use to. But thankfully for Brandon at Northeast Appliance, that evenif we bought the 4 year warranty, that would have just expired, the cost to repair, wasn’t much more! Losing a refrigerator is like losing electricity, you forget how much we take for granted and are like a fish out of water. Brandon, you are the man when it comes to appliance repair! I believe a corporate company warranty service person, would have told us it couldn’t be fixed and we would have to redesign kitchen and gamble with a new refrigerator lasting long. I Highly recommend Northeast Appliance , who knows there stuff when comes to appliance repair. Oh refrigerator is fixed and working,1 week before Sears was even going to look at, to probably tell us they couldn’t fix it.

When we arrived at our summer home the refrigerator was not working. It was under warranty we called Home Depot and they told us Brandon would call at 8 am on Monday. At exactly 8 he called and was at the house in 1 hour. The service was prompt and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed promptly. Brandon is engaging and knowledgeable. Appliance Armageddon happened, when my dishwasher, washing machine and fridge all broke down down the same day. I initially called Sears and they were able to come out to view the dishwasher, but nothing else. Their repair quote was higher than what a new dishwasher would cost so I didn't use them.I next called Brandon at Northeast Appliance Repair and it felt like I was having an appliance telemedicine appointment. He was able to diagnose the issues over the phone and order the parts right away. He also helped me to solve the fridge issue with no further repairs needed. The total cost for repairing the dishwasher and washing machine was less than what the dishwasher repair would have cost. The appliances now work perfectly.I highly recommend Brandon. We'll be using him for all of our appliance repairs in the future. He's professional, reasonable and goes the extra mile.

Brandon was professional and knowledgeable. He was unable to keep an appointment and he let me know the day before. Scheduled a second appointment and the day before he let me know that the part had arrived and he would see me for the scheduled appointment. He called when he was on his way. He replaced the oven element and the oven is functioning once again. He did a follow up call the next day! Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend
