My husband and I reached out to Joy with the hopes of visiting her kittens and seeing if any would choose us. It was one of the loveliest experiences I've had, being covered in tiny kittens climbing all over me, and sure enough one of them walked right up to my husband and chose him as her person. We left that day with a new member of our family who is a healthy, friendly, well-adjusted kitten and couldn't be happier.Joy's home was professionally set up with happy kittens roaming about in the sectioned-off foster room, free to play and socialize as they choose. I was surprised by how well-behaved the kittens were and how welcoming they were to human interaction. I believe that this is an attestation to Joy's many years of experience fostering and being able to predict the needs of her kittens. She is also very discerning of who would provide a good home to any particular kitten, demonstrating that she puts the needs of her kittens above pleasing a customer. This is so important when dealing with animals, who are so much more than just possessions.

Joy was very caring and understanding with greeting me with the perfect cat for me and my family. Cat's name was Lilly but we had to change it to Willow as we had a grandchild name Lilly.Willow is loveable, playful and loves attention.

I have been to Joy's registered rescue facility several times on other matters. It is spotless clean, well maintained at all times and professionally run. She has a rigorous interview and application process for each and every adoption. She has not ever knowingly adopted out an unhealthy cat or kitten-it is not in her heart to do that. Most rescues put their blood, sweat, tears, heart and soul into their rescues and Joy is no exception. She does not adopt out any cat or kitten without several veterinary visits and veterinary certification. A newly adopted kitten or cat brought into a home must be kept safe from harm by all family members and kept safe from other pets whose vaccines are not current or up-to-date.The kitten's immune systems are still developing- they are prone to many viruses not covered by first vaccines. It is VIP to know that viruses travel on clothes, can be tracked in on shoes from outside, unwashed hands and especially from visitors who have pets not up to date on their vaccines as well. No reputable rescue sells" their rescues. When I read this term I cringed

Not a very nice person . Unfortunately my husband bought a cat from her and we are not sure what happened just that he fell and broke his neck . The vet we took him too after he had died told use the cat had a stroke . And she refuses to believe this . And refused us to adoption for a new cat.

I was looking for a kitten and was denied at many places due to my older cat, Spade, being declawed. The applications never had the ability to speak on the matter. When I called Joy, I spoke to her about Spade and got the chance to explain his declaw: My boy had a genetic defect where his front paws didn't allow him to retract his claws and it was a shocking first few months coming home to bloody paw prints from him hurting himself getting stuck on my furniture. My vet had recommended a declaw for Spade and it was his medical history keeping me from giving that loving boy a brother.Joy listened and showed understanding for my desire for a companion for my older cat and didn't immediately judge me for his lack of front claws. She introduced me to Loki.Loki was a bottle fed cat she got very attached to. He was tiny and many others had walked away from adopting him. I patiently waited for him to interact with me while playing with other cats. He connected with me within 20 minutes and we were playing and snuggling. She trusted me with this kitten she loved so very much. Its been nearly 3 years. Loki is my heart and Spade is my soul. Loki is the most loving, affectionate and quirky cat. He enriches my life and Joy brought us together. I am forever grateful.Come next year, I may return to her to see about acquiring my third fur-baby. I think its time for another, so Spade can train the new baby and Loki is still young and playful to entertain the new baby.I can't stress how wonderful Joy and her rescue is.

Joy was and continues to be amazing to deal with. The love and care she gives to her rescue kittens was evident during my visits to meet the kitten we had seen online. Her husband was by her side during my visits and I noticed the same love & attention for the cats from him as well. I truly believe the love she shows her kittens and how she socializes them leads to a seamless introduction to their forever homes. Without hesitance I would strongly recommend Joy and Precious Angels to anyone looking to adopt. Much love to Precious Angels from Michael, Daiva & Kiki

After searching for a rescue for months I reached out to Joy about a kitten in her care. Going to meet him was one of the nicest experiences. She is very welcoming and takes very good care of her kittens. Our kitten is in amazing health and is a wonderful addition to the family. If you want a good rescue to adopt from this is definitely a good choice.

Absolutely not! Do not adopt from this agency, I’m not even sure it’s a real agency?? Look up the registration number first.I adopted my fur baby astro exactly one month ago, tonight he was pronounced deceased. joys website promises that all her animals are up to date on immunization, and spayed/neutered and microchipped. I assure you they are not! When I picked up my baby she told me within two weeks he would go for his needles and neutered, he did not! Then when questioned about it she said oh Im sorry my cats are sick, I lost a bunch of them. Which made me worry about mine so I told her about him, she proceeded to tell me he was fine and always just a vocal cat! She proceeded to then tell me the reason he didn’t get to go to the vet yet was because all of her money for the rescue was spent because her cats were sick! So because of her absolute negligence my cat passed away.
