Save yourself the time and money, go to a real spa. They will keep trying to change the prices on you, trying to get you to do as many services as possible as quickly as possible to get all their money upfront. You will not see results, you will leave disappointed and with nothing to show for your money. this spa has all 1 star reviews from real customers, everyone else is friends and family. their equipment is cheap knock offs of the real thing. don’t waste your money coming here for any of their services, take two seconds to shop around on google and you’ll find plenty of professional spas with good ratings from real people. whatever the price they advertise or gets you interested in going there, I promise you they’ll try to charge you for more and I promise you that they will keep trying to get you to come back with “you just need a few more lasers treatments” or “oh it just takes more time”. theres a good reason no one likes this place. if you want real results go to a real spa for treatments.

This hidden gem is the epitome of exceptional service by the dynamic sister team of Madina and Zahra. The fat reducing sessions that I had were effective at reducing the extra fat along my upper and lower abdominal areas without the high price of Coolsculpting. Both Madina and Zahra detailed each treatment so that there were no surprises. They were completely upfront with the cost and knew exactly the number of treatments that I would need. Their “above and beyond” philosophy was evident when each of them were treating me. They stayed in my room to, not only ensure that I felt 100% comfortable from start to finish, but to chat which made the time go by quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations as they made me feel at home.I really can’t say enough about the personalized service I received and how Madina and Zahra made me feel well taken care of - as if I was family.I have returned to get skin tightening treatments and am looking to get micro needling, Botox and filler done next.As someone who has worked at many medispa and dermatology clinics around the city, Hera is the only place that will get my business - definitely worth it!

Went for a predetermined service at a set price, once I was in the appointment all of a sudden she starts explaining the price is actually twice and much as originally quoted... We discuss and because of the cancellation policy I finally agree to the price. Then halfway through the session she starts explain that the doubled price was a promotional price if you buy multiple visits, and NOW it's going to be even more as a single, after what we agreed to the first increased price, before the appointment started. Extremely unprofessional and super scammy. They scammed me for the secondary price, but hopefully they don't scam you for any!!!!

I have zero experience with facials and procedures like that and Zahra was beyond helpful explaining everything to me about hydraFacial and microneedling in details ! I’ve been doing laser and teeth whitening at Hera. They have the cheapest prices in the city even though the equipment and service quality is the same as more expensive spas since they’re new. The place is clean and beautifully decorated with lots of plants

I've been going here for laser hair removal and facials, the results are remarkable. I've tried many laser places, but have not seen the same results I got here just after 3 sessions. When I first came here for my skin, I wasn't able to leave my home without makeup, but thanks to all the tips and skin products recommended, I feel more confident in my skin! Also love Medina and Zahra, they will make you feel so welcomed and comfortable! Highly recommend these girls to help you get the results you want to see!

Came in for whitening today with Zahra and it was a fantastic experience! Clinic is very clean and pretty. She explained everything and was very knowledgeable.During the treatment she made sure to check up on me often to make sure I was doing okay!Super friendly but professional at the same time. I go to Madina for hydrafacials and she always make sure that I walk out happy. I also recently went to her for brows threading/tinting/lamination and she spent so so much time to get me the desired look.
