These guys here were super helpful! My van key broke and they came and replaced it right in my driveway! Super convenient!

The staff are very friendly and helpful! They make sure to communicate with you before doing anything to your vehicle that wasn’t previously discussed. Very fast service as well.

Dealt with Trident from Ontario and at first, I was a little intimidated to hire and a worried about the price tag. Very fair and the staff were all over it. Was it cheap? Nope Was it expensive, not really. I mean they do emergency unlocks and it happens to everyone. Even the after hour service was a breeze. Friendly as well and that helps, when you are stressed to the max. If I had any more business like this in the Prince George Area, I would never hesitate to call.

Went their because having issues with lock on trailer door just plainly wornen out ,came outside and looked at inform me that they didn't have and was better to get from trailer place was very direct never tried to snowball me and say we can order in just gave me proper information fantastic to deal with

Just had the most amazing service from Chase with Trident Lock & Security. So friendly and professional...we had to reschedule a couple times but the dispatch crew called me each time and asked what worked for me and then they actioned my request! In this day and age, my expectations for most things are low, but I was so very happily surprised with with the level of service, even when they were clearly dealing with a shortage of staff...Chase was chatty, kind, explained what he was doing the whole time and completed the job in a timely manner. I have used Trident before, residentially and commercially, and based on service like this, I will continue to do so. Super impressed! Thanks Chase!!

I bought $1800 worth of door handles and locks from trident - special order handles. One handle the metal snapped in the same place for two years in a row (the first time less than a year after installation) and they are offering me a replacement part and nothing more. They will not send a technician to install or to fix the issue. I expect that type of investment to last longer than a year. Terrible customer service for this problem.
