Overall best place to get your console fixed. Best customer service I've ever dealt with and both the guys are super chill and tried their hardest and went above and beyond to try and fix the console.My PS5 stopped working for some reason. I thought it was just an HDMI port that was broken, so I was looking around my area and top places and these guys were the best for ratings and price. It was $160 after tax for an HDMI repair (that includes a new HDMI port) I drove 45mins to drop my ps5 off.After a couple days there was bad news that there was more that was wrong and the guys spent so much time and even some of there own money and tried so hard to fix the PS5 and said they have never seen this issue in a ps5 before.They called and said there was nothing they could do and they tried everything and said the only hope is to send it off to playstation due to some of the parts that Sony dosn't sell to 3rd party places.I only had to pay $90 for 2 HDMI ports and a HDMI Chip. They ended up losing money because of the time they spent, BUT THAT Shows how determined they are to fix your console and have amazing customer service.

Great service, knowledgeable and down to earth. Any console fix needs, controller issues, you name it Jamie can fix it (99.999% of the time). The turn around time was great. I called every place under the sun to correct a bad stick drift issue on an elite series 2 controller and he was the only one who could help. Will go back in a heart beat when I need Jamie’s service again.

Great work! Had an overheating issue with my PS4 and Jamie fixed it. Not only that, he also told me that the initial suspicion that the console is dusted inside ended up being inaccurate and thus, he would charge me less. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their console serviced!
