I was so happy to know they could deliver distilled water to our dental office! They were promtp and a life saver for us in a time of need as we ran out!

Contributing to poverty everyday by refusing to staff tellers. Corporate is raking in the extra profits as people are forced to use self checkouts while Corporate doesn't have to pay employee wages and taxes. Directly resulting in fewer jobs and more poverty.Way to go shoppers drug mart.

The pharmacy at this location is amazing! They are helpful, knowledgeable and truly focused on providing solutions that meet customers healthcare needs.

I tried calling, got sent to beauty, then asked for POST OFFICE and got sent to pharmacy again, I again asked for POST OFFICE and got someone else at pharmacy. I was sick of being on hold on and off for 30 minutes so I hung up I tried to call post office 5 more times with NO ANSWER. I littertally need to ask which person in my famiky has the package there because it just has a last name and we all have that last name like God just pick up your phones, people don't want to make it all the way there for no reason then have to turn around and go home.

I’ve generally been quite pleased with the pharmacy at this location. The people working the counter are always friendly and welcoming. However, I’ve also now run into the “it looks like the renewal was cancelled by one of our technicians” situation that has been mentioned here. This is a medication I have to take daily that I am now without and, had I not phoned the pharmacy (and kept phoning until I got through), I would never have known something was amiss.I don’t think it’s right to be able to cancel someone’s renewal without providing a reason or a notification.The lady I spoke to at the pharmacy about this was polite and helpful regarding the situation, however, I would hope this is something that can be improved upon in future.

I am terribly disappointed in the postal office at this location. Not only did they lose a very important package with sensitive contents, but their customer service is completely lacking. The lost package was given to Jean at the counter and we were never given a status update after this. The package was only going from Kingston to Toronto. After a couple weeks we called and they said they had no record of the package leaving this postal office and they will start an investigation. More time had past so we called again only to find out they had not investigated further. We took it upon ourselves to call the post office directly and were told that Jean was let go". I received an email this morning stating they are refunding the postage cost and the package was never found. I would not recommend this service and in fact I would hope some internal improvements will be made........... DISAPPOINTED.Oh I forgot to add I will be reporting as theft."

The pharmacy and other retail workers were absolutely lovely and so helpful today.Thank you for making a rough day so much easier for my family and myself.

Once again an issue with pharmacy.I'm aware you're busy but had you acknowledged me yesterday when I stood at drop off for almost 10 minutes then i wouldn't have had to call in.You're wasting my time as much as you let me know I'm wasting your Miss. B poposkva. I guess it's time to find a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers. We switched to you because we had issues at another Shoppers and this is our 2nd issue with this pharmacy. It's always attitude and being inconsiderate towards others.

This Shoppers Drug Mart location is the best in town. The store is super clean and well organized. No products were misplaced or mislabeled. The staff and people working there are also fantastic and super helpful. The pharmacy and pharmacists are always on point and super helpful in answering medication questions. I've also never had any issues with the postal service at this location. This is honestly the best store I've been to in a while.

Will Entering the store I was greeted with a empty hand sanitizer when I found a employee to till she was very friendly apologize and offered to grab one for me to use she was nice enough to let me use that bathroom which you have to go through a locked door watch someone in pharmacy had to open you go down a very dirty hallway, when entering the bathroom you are greeted with a very strong cologne smell from that selection of cologne they offer something I expect to see in a bar or club but not a drugstore and and a very dirty bathroom with dry urine around toilet seat and faded black marker written on the mirror to wash your hands I found the staff friendly but the store was very dirty cannot imagine how it would be considered sanitaryI do not think I will be returning to this particular store I would not recommend it to somebody
