As first time home builders and owners, we couldnt have asked for a better experience than with Dean. Our project was on time and any overages were fair and/or ones we made ourselves. He is always willing to answer questions (big and small) and always picks up when you call. He shoots it straight and will give you his professional opinion while respecting your design choices. He also seems to have every contact imaginable to get the best workers for the job and reasonable prices!Although we want to enjoy this home for a while, I imagine we’ll call Dean again to build for us a second time.My husband and I can’t say enough.

Does not stand behind his work. Hires sub contractors who are the cheapest which results in substandard work. Don't be fooled by his fancy finishes, they just distract you from the underlying problems.
